This property is NOT suitable for children under 12 years of age. The old Hamilton shop is a newly renovated fully self contained two bedroomed apartment adjacent to our family home. First you walk into our communal entrance hall and then through a lockable door into the modern open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area that has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. There is an electric hob and an oven/microwave for your cooking needs or you could let us do the work for you with breakfast/dinner available at an extra cost (subject to availability). There is also plenty of kitchen storage room for any longer stays. There is a dining table, sofa bed, rocking chair and tv for your comfort. Heating and cooling is supplied through reverse cycle air conditioning and a small electric fire if needed. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed with plenty of storage and bedroom 2 has bunk beds with plenty of storage.
There is a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and again plenty of storage for a longer stay. Next to the dining/lounge area there is a generous sized snug/sunroom with reverse cycle air conditioning looking out onto our garden and paddock which contains beautiful gum trees. The snug contains a comfy lounge suite to relax and enjoy listening to the birds after a busy day exploring the many wineries/walks and activities within an hours drive. There is also a small seating area outside the snug with access to the communal garden for your use during your stay with us. There is also a seating area to the front of the property to watch some of the magnificent sun sets we get over the rolling fields whilst enjoying a glass of wine.
