Mintaro is a beautiful 15 minute drive from the township of Clare, 30 minutes from Burra(fabulous history of mining and heritage buildings),15 minutes from Auburn,10 minutes from Sevenhill (where you will find the Historic Sevenhill Cellars ,the Jesuit Monastry,& St Aloyisius Catholic Church. )
The townships of Leasingham and Watervale are only 15 minutes from Mintaro.
