There is even a kitchenette, which is fantastic when you are planning a longer stay- it is truly a home away from home. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my short stay, and I will recommend this property to guests who want to feel at home during their trip to Sarajevo. A few things to consider: 1. The room on the 3rd floor, as perhaps all other rooms on the property, had an abundance of switches on every corner. Even though most of them had tags specifying what each switch was responsible for, I felt confused -- there was even a switch to run the electricity next to the bed. 2. I checked in on Sunday afternoon, and none of the shops in the area were open, so it was difficult to find drinking water. There was no tea in the room, either. 3. The reception desk was empty throughout my stay, which in and of itself is not a bad thing as the manager keeps track of everything and responds quickly via WhatsApp. Still, the lack of real-life communication with a staff member can make navigating the room and the city a bit challenging.
