The hotel is very centrally located just 3 min walk from the Nippombashi subway station where we got a direct train our next destination, Nara, via the Kintetsu line. We probably could have taken the train from Kyoto to Osaka straight to that station but didn’t research it in time. The hotel is also 5 min from the dynamic and vibrant Dotonbori district, as well as the KUROMON food market. Shinsaibashi street shops are a few minutes walk. The train to Osaka castle and to Expo 2025 were very easily accessible from Nippombashi station. Our three teens absolutely loved the space and having their own full-sized beds in the large dormitory-style second bedroom, while my husband and I shared a cozy full bed in the connecting room next door. Check in and check out was easy if following instructions. The cleaning staff showed up promptly at 10am (Japanese efficiency) and we were able to stow our bags at rhe conveniently located luggage store next door for a nominal ¥500 fee per bag for the whole day. The 7-11 another 2 doors down was a huge plus. The location was perfect, space was great and value for money teriffic. The only complaints we had were getting the ac to work to combat inferno-like temperatures on arrival, and when we had trouble opening the keypad apartment door lock. But we still highly recommend it."

is no Front Desk or Regular staff at the Building.

❖ Please turn off all electrical device when you leave the room.
❖ Please do not speak loud voice or make loud noise in the room/building.
❖ Please do not start any fire (smoking, lighting candle,...) in the
room/building. Please go to convenience store to smoke as there is Ashtray
Bin there.
❖ NO PARKING SPACE on Premise, please use the Coin Parking Lots nearby.
❖ Please DON’T put Electric Kettle on the stove, it’s dangerous.
❖ Please DON’T put any trash at the Entrance. The Dumpster is on 1st Floor.
❖ Please try to separate trash into 3 bags:
