Back studio apartment, ideal for a couple or individual seeking relaxation. Conveniently located: a 5-minute car ride from the airport, 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to the bus stop, and 20 to 30 minutes walking distance to Surfside Beach and local bars. Just a 15-minute drive to Oranjestad.

The space
Family Home:
The home is divided into a full-family home, a one-bedroom apartment, and two studios next door where we host tourists, making the environment warm and friendly.

Each unit features a private small kitchen with a medium/full-size refrigerator, silverware, and plates, all you need to make a small meal!

The living room is adjacent to the kitchen and dining table, with a comfortable couch for relaxing. Read your favorite book, this space is perfect.

The bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-size bed.

We also provide complimentary shower gel, trash bags, and toilet paper for the first couple of days. After it's finished, you will need to replenish at your own pace.

Aruba's water is the second-best in the world! You can refill and drink safely and cleanly right from the faucet.

Guest access
The apartment is located at the back of our house, making it ideal for those seeking isolation and tranquility away from noise and hustle. Feel free to park your car outside by the sidewalk next to the back door entrance.

Other things to note
Bistro lights provide a warm welcome, illuminating the gray-white door surrounded by trees. The pool area emits soft, changing colors, creating a tranquil ambiance. However, please note that there are no strong lights along the pathway leading to the apartment.

We currently have 1 overly friendly and playful puppy who is slowly adjusting after the passing of our two old dogs, who lived a full 17 years. Our puppy has a joyful personality, but we occasionally need to calm her down. Additionally, 2 black cats include a cute rescue midget cat. Two new cats, black and white, have joined us. We are working to restore their health, so they may appear skinny compared to our other cats. Our big black cat is incredibly sweet and friendly, often seen roaming the patio, attempting to catch lizards or birds.

The patio is shared with the neighboring unit.
Smoking is only permitted outside the apartment. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Daily housekeeping is not provided.

Inspired by the iconic 'California Lighthouse' of Aruba, our studio is named hereafter and adorned with various lighthouse-themed decorations. The studio is located less than 15 minutes walk from the beach and fantastic shopping centers, delicious restaurants and a lively nightlife.

The space
Situated in a quiet garden of our main house, the studio is surrounded by a variety of fruit trees. Feel free to enjoy fresh papayas and guavas when in season.

The studio comes with a fully-equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs, and we provide towels, soap, and shampoo for your convenience. Rest assured, there's also safe parking for your rental car.

Please note that the bathroom does not have hot water. Hot water is not that common in Aruba as the underground water tubes tend to get very hot especially around noon.

Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We understand travel can be full of surprises, so we offer flexible check-in and check-out times whenever possible.

Fantastic guesthouse in Palm Beach, is located less than 10 min. (walking) from the sea! Also very close to the major shopping/grocery markets, and other areas that host the island's entertainment, nightlife, restaurants, and other attractions;Also, conveniently located near the major hotels and casinos(Hilton, Hyatt, RIU, etc.), with nearby bus stations and sidewalks for safe and inexpensive transportation.The space is ideal for couples, families, or solo travelers seeking business or pleasure.

The space
Lets start with a brief overview of the apartments and the amenities offered. The ~300 sq ft apartment is laid out efficiently and utilizes the entire space to its fullest potential. Upon entry, you will find a Kitchen area that boasts brand new appliances, and is fully stocked with the items for all of your dining needs (utensils, plates, cups, etc). As of March 2024 cooking is not possible. The stove is removed. There is an electric kettle for heating water for coffee and a bread toaster. There is an microwave for heating food etc. The refrigerator also contains water that is safe to drink and ice. Next, we have the living and sleeping space, of which contains a full size bed and a sofa bed, a dining room table, as well as a 30" flat screen tv, that includes cable! The space also features ample closet and drawer space for any clothes or personal belongings. Also, the space features STRONG Wi-Fi connectivity that will help any traveler stay in touch with friends, family, and work back at home! Last, the bathroom has full shower with body wash and shampoo/conditioner. The shower does contain hot water.

Note: As from March 2024 cooking will not be available/allowed. The cookware and stove were removed. There is an electric kettle available for making coffee. Plates, glasses, etc. will still be available for dining.

You will have access to free parking and I am willing to do anything that helps make your stay much more pleasurable! We are very accommodating hosts!

Guest access
Guests will be able to enter and exit anytime they please, as long as they are respectful of their noise! Upon your arrival, the guests will be given a code to open the main door. In case the guest have a rental car they can park this in front on premises.

Other things to note
- Transportation can be arranged to and from airport for $40 USD round trip ($20 USD each way)! Avoid the taxis!!
-Please be aware that there will be an additional $15 USD fee applied for each guest after the 2nd guest. (For example, the 3rd and 4th guests will be an extra $15 USD per person, or $30 USD in total)
-Beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are available with no additional charge.
-Late checkout is available IF THERE IS NO UPCOMING RESERVATION/EARLY CHECK IN. Just please be respectful of me allowing this a free privilege, as I want to remain a gracious host.
- Additional cleanings are available upon request with additional cost of $30 USD.
- When staying 10 days or more additional cleanings will be apply with additional cost of $30 USD or more depending on the condition of the apartment.
- Any lost or damaged items within the space, will or can be charged directly to your security deposit and/or we can negotiate the replacement costs if you are upfront with damages.

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the rooms, smoking is allowed only outside. No illegal drugs are allowed on premises. If you are a smoker, please just let me know so that we can avoid any issues preparing the accommodation for the next guest.
