" - "This is a quiet, immaculate and lovely property. It's very close to (only about 5 minute drive) Arashi beach, Super Food, Palm and Eagle beach. I found that Rt 2 is easier to drive than Rt 1, since Rt 1 has higher speed limit and busier. The property is in walking distance to Palm beach (10 min walk using the short cut). The staff (Dana and Joel?) was really nice and attentive. Although there was a language barrier, they use a phone app to interpret, so we didn't have any problem communicating. The kitchen is fully equipped, and they even have a cooler and beach bag for you to use. There were many mosquitos in the bathroom/room so I do recommend a bug spray. The pool/common area was cute and nicely kept. Make sure to park your car half way up on the sidewalk, to make enough room for big vehicles to pass by. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!"

The key to the house locks you out automatically. Meaning if you go out, you can't just walk back into the house. IE: We went out without the key and the kids were sleeping and one was in shower.. Could not get in without the one key. Basically locked out. There is NO manual or guest book. They just give you a link and the link to operate stuff is quite bad and vague. Meaning they have SMEG appliance and we had to google on our own how to use. The dishwasher was broke and had maintenance come to fix. He fixed and the sprayer fell out again the next day and didn't work. Hot water didn't work the first 3 days in the master bedroom. They gave us 5 very very cheap beach chairs and two of them were broke. Very poor quality. No pool toys which when your traveling from another country who wants to bring. (How about some cheap noodles. No beach toys. Had to buy two shovels that are 99 cents home and 20 each. Left them at house and should keep for next renters.they don't. No outside table to eat. Gas grill didn't wor"

The studio apartment is great for a couple or a single person traveling to Aruba. The location of this Apartment is very close to downtown and also close to the beaches. The apartment includes AC, kitchen, fridge, TV, WIFI, hot water and bed with a shower. It is located at the back of the complex and also has a patio. Roadside parking is guaranteed.

The space
This apartment has its own entrance/complex completely separate from the family home. It's simple but still provide you with the basic comfort needs. The room is air-conditioned and has WIFI inside and in the patio. Basic cable TV, stove, microwave, basic necessities to cook a meal. The measurement of the apartment is 220ft².

The complex has an outside terrace which is a cozy place to enjoy the warmth of Aruba's sun or sit under the light of the stars with your favorite book or person. The gas grill is available upon request for a charge of 15$ per use. This could be used for 2 hours no later than 8pm. This includes setup, cooking utensils, gas and cleaning. Notification has to be given when finished cooking.

Other things to note
Financial demographics: Aruba is an island which 95% of what we buy is imported, so our purchasing power is very weak (prices are higher). Maintenance/labor is expensive. Most restaurants are expensive except the ones that are outside of the hotel area. Some supermarkets are cheaper than others (please ask for information). Our currency is stronger than most of South America, so it is kind of expensive to visit the island. You can always rely on public transportation but you will miss the budget friendly quality meals. For North Americas/Canada/Europe it is easier as your currency is stronger, but you need to understand that things are expensive here for a reason.

Guest that wants to bring babies even though the apartment is not baby proof are doing so on their own risk. Babies are counted as a regular person every human being does use water and babies tend to sleep during the day using the extra electricity. Also water and any of the extra cleaning that comes along.

Family Home:
The home is divided into a full-family home, a one-bedroom apartment, and two studios next door where we host tourists, making the environment warm and friendly.

Each unit features a private small kitchen with a medium/full-size refrigerator, silverware, and plates, all you need to make a small meal!

The living room is adjacent to the kitchen and dining table, with a comfortable couch for relaxing. Read your favorite book, this space is perfect.

The bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-size bed.

We also provide complimentary shower gel, trash bags, and toilet paper for the first couple of days. After it's finished, you will need to replenish at your own pace.

Aruba's water is the second-best in the world! You can refill and drink safely and cleanly right from the faucet.

The apartment is located at the back of our house, making it ideal for those seeking isolation and tranquility away from noise and hustle. Feel free to park your car outside by the sidewalk next to the back door entrance.

Other things to note
Bistro lights provide a warm welcome, illuminating the gray-white door surrounded by trees. The pool area emits soft, changing colors, creating a tranquil ambiance. However, please note that there are no strong lights along the pathway leading to the apartment.

We currently have 1 overly friendly and playful puppy who is slowly adjusting after the passing of our two old dogs, who lived a full 17 years. Our puppy has a joyful personality, but we occasionally need to calm her down. Additionally, 2 black cats include a cute rescue midget cat. Two new cats, black and white, have joined us. We are working to restore their health, so they may appear skinny compared to our other cats. Our big black cat is incredibly sweet and friendly, often seen roaming the patio, attempting to catch lizards or birds.
