" - "This is a quiet, immaculate and lovely property. It's very close to (only about 5 minute drive) Arashi beach, Super Food, Palm and Eagle beach. I found that Rt 2 is easier to drive than Rt 1, since Rt 1 has higher speed limit and busier. The property is in walking distance to Palm beach (10 min walk using the short cut). The staff (Dana and Joel?) was really nice and attentive. Although there was a language barrier, they use a phone app to interpret, so we didn't have any problem communicating. The kitchen is fully equipped, and they even have a cooler and beach bag for you to use. There were many mosquitos in the bathroom/room so I do recommend a bug spray. The pool/common area was cute and nicely kept. Make sure to park your car half way up on the sidewalk, to make enough room for big vehicles to pass by. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!"

The pool is small and shared with the other units but it was never busy and perfect for a quick dip or quiet time by the pool. Though the building manager kindly provided us with clean towels upon request, we didn't expect to have to deal with this kind of inconvenience while vacationing with young kids. Additionally, the hotel did not provide much for beach outings—just a cooler, with no beach chairs, kids’ toys, or even basic toiletries like shampoo or conditioner. Be prepared to bring everything you might need yourself. The only provisions provided were dish soap (no dishwasher), hand soap, paper towels, and standard towels. Overall, while the place has its charm, we don't plan to return until our children are older and more capable of handling the various challenges this hotel presented. - "Our flight was canceled quite late in the day due to an air conditioning issue at the airport. Our host was very understanding for late arrival and helped us to get around the area to get food and all other necessities. This was much appreciated " - "We had a lovely stay at Cozy Casitas! The accommodation was very clean, the kitchen had everything you need, the outdoor area was peaceful and enjoyable, and most importantly the air conditioning worked very well. We recommend renting a car as taxis can get quite expensive quickly - we rented a car for $231USD for about a week from Chener car rental and we recommend organizing that instead of paying for taxis. Cozy Casitas is located a short drive from the main city/ tourist area, which wasn’t a bad thing in our experience. There is a local grocery store nearby (Wei Fat), and a great restaurant a very short drive as well. The bottom line is we had a great time and definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cozy Casitas to others."
