- "Amazing stay! " - "Amazing all around!" - "We stayed 12/31-1/6. Service from start to finish was outstanding! The coffee shop has great drinks and breakfast items. Drinks were expensive but very good quality. Room was clean and very comfortable. Beach chairs a bit of a pain as people set their personal items on them and then disappear for the day. The policy is you can move stuff after 2 hours, but the beach staff are very reluctant to do so. Food at the pool/beach was very good. "

- "Ok" - "It’s very quite and easily walkable to both palm and eagle beaches." - "Originally my daughter and I were booked for the Hyatt Place at the airport, yet we did not favor the accommodations. We booked at the Embassy Suites at the last minute so it was quite pricey. Once we arrived Rowell placed us in a room facing the pool. It was a phenomenal experience. All of the staff were so polite and accommodating. Once you picked up the telephone to request anything, they immediately satisfied your request within minutes. I especially liked the buffet style breakfast that was served every morning until 10. The crew worked so hard to keep the food replenished all the while smiling. Gorge, Brain, Alex, Stevenson and I cannot remember the night security guys name, were phenomenal host. I am hoping that I did not forget anyone (although I know I probably did). Thank you Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resorts for helping my first time visiting Aruba a great trip. The screening process for your employees must be intense because everyone was great. Work is being done on the property so at times there was noise on the balcony (welding, sawing, drills) but this is obviously temporary. We had a few ants upon arrival but Vicky was so prompt to help us by providing spray. The water pressure was sometimes very low and was unpredictable-we weren’t sure why? The water dispenser inside the refrigerator didn’t work. There were no pans/glass cookware for the oven so we purchased foil to use. we felt secure and overall very comfortable here. It is hard to beat this place for the money! Would definitely recommend. "
