A fully renovated house, with all the furniture in excellent condition.
The house consists of 3 floors, 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with common areas including a kitchen, a laundry area (with a washing machine and clothesline), and a large furnished terrace area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, and coffee machine. Crockery, utensils and a lockable closet are available for each guest.
All rooms are fully furnished with bed, mattress, duvet, pillows, sheets, hand and bath towel, bedside table, lamps, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers, storage cabinet, mirror, hanger and trash can.
In addition to the wireless internet available throughout the villa, each room has a network point next to the desk, allowing a cable internet connection. TV outlet also available in all rooms.
Not only the bedrooms but the entire house enjoys immense natural light and excellent areas.
