It is comprised of five (5) spacious, themed and uniquely decorated air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms.The rooms are modern and sophisticated, each with its own unique theme, design and special touches.. All your rooms have fans, rain showers , bluetooth speakers and large vanity sinks. The Tropical Room has a king bed, and the Parisian, Classic & Serenity bedroom has a queen, the Moroccan Room has 2 twin beds with a beautiful OceanView. Hidden Gem has a sizable fully equipped modern kitchen, with its beautiful custom counter tops and backsplash and has everything you need to prepare and cook your favorite meals or we can provide a chef for you. There’s seating for 11 inside and additional seating for 16 outside. We have a lovely garden and pond with Koi’s. The property is situated in Kendal Hill and sleeps up to 4. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite, there are no towels provided), 1 fully fitted kitchen diner with all the utilities, a back veranda and a maintained swimming pool. There is a T.V. where you can access Netflix, YouTube etc and WiFi. There is a separate entrance and it is close to the US Embassy. There is a supermarket 5 mins away and a 24 hour minimart in the gas station next door. The beach is 10-15 mins by bus.

A stone’s throw away from the beautiful West Coast beaches. The Sugarcane Suite is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located in Sunset crest Holetown St.James. Your stay includes access to a private beach club with a pool just 2 minutes away.

The space
This cozy air-conditioned one bedroom guesthouse contains 2 twin beds that can transition into a king bed, a spacious living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen for all your necessities. The patio and garden are perfect places to relax and enjoy the sunshine and West coast breeze.

We provide beach towels, bath towels, soap, and shampoo. On arrival, you will get a welcome basket full of local Bajan treats. We are approximately 2 minutes away from the local bus route.

This is a completely separate cottage at the rear of our own home, on a quiet cul-de-sac, about one minutes "stroll" down to "our" (Rockley/Accra) beach. There's a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a smaller second bedroom. Open plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Veranda, small courtyard and a lawn. Within easy walking distance are a bank, doctor and pharmacy, a sports bars, a beach bar, 5 restaurants, a convenience store and 2 supermarkets.

The space
We are tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, but, put on your beach gear, push open our gate, and you're only 100 yards (Max!) from the sea and our beautiful beach .... Rockley/Accra beach ... probably the south coasts best, with the Tiki Beach Bar at one end, and the South Coast Boardwalk at the other!

Guest access
The cottage is completely yours, as is the garden patio behind it. But you are free to wander around our garden, and if the mango tree is bearing you can pick a few mangoes too, no problem.

Other things to note
The main, larger bedroom is air conditioned. The rest of the apartment is very open, airy, and cool.
The bath/toilet is entered through the larger bedroom.

The unit is fully self-contained with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom & covered outdoor patio area. It is fully air-conditioned and has free WiFi & cable TV. The custom designed entertainment center and wardrobe neatly separates the kitchen/living room from the cozy bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen-size bed & lovely lamps adorned with gorgeous turtle carvings. The floral coverlet lends a tropical feel to this bedroom confirming that you are indeed in a tropical paradise!

The space
Outside, the shaded gazebo faces the beach and is outfitted with a table and four chairs for al fresco dining. From here you can relax and watch the cruise ships arriving and departing Bridgetown harbour and enjoy the calming sound of waves breaking on the beach. Tropical sunsets from the patio and beach are truly stunning! . The Studio may be rented as part of a group of guests staying at the Beach House or separately for a maximum of 2 persons. It is ideal accommodation for couples wanting a romantic beachfront vacation on spectacular Brighton beach and is mere steps from the Caribbean Sea. Guests staying at both the Beach House and the Studio access the property through the main gate at Banyan Beach House. There is a common parking area located here and guests staying at the Studio have free parking for one vehicle. The studio has its own separate entrance via a walkway across the garden. There is also a separate gate to access the beach directly from the studio.

Parties & Gatherings, No parties, barbecues or gathering of 12 or more outside guests shall be held on any of the common property areas (terrace, pool deck etc) without permission from the Property Management Company obtained no less than 48hrs in advance.

Umi is a private, peaceful and centrally-located studio cottage with a swimming pool on a large lot. The property is fully enclosed and located on the far end of St. Lawrence Gap near the Sandals Resort. There is a QUEEN sized bed that will sleep 2 comfortably and is also very popular with singles looking for a safe and secure spot near the sea and dining options. There's A/C and a ceiling fan, full kitchen, washer and free WiFi. A home away from home!

The space
Umi has one QUEEN-size bed. It's perfect for a couple and very popular with single females looking for a safe and secure spot near the sea. There is a ceiling fan as well as A/C, full sized refrigerator and gas stove/oven. A very secure and convenient location surrounded by a flower garden and fruit trees.

Free WIFI. No cable TV but there is a Roku device that allows access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. Internet speed is fast and excellent for remote workers.

Washing machine free to use.
Shower only, no tub.
Security gates on all doors/windows.
Outdoors, there is dedicated patio seating for two and lounge furniture near the pool.

We are located only 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Sandals Barbados Resort. Dover Beach is a short walk away where you can enjoy water sports or just stretch out and relax. Oistins Fish Market is a 15 minute bus ride.

Enjoy Barbados. The world's best beaches. Surf, snorkel, swim with turtles. Drink rum where rum was invented. Come meet some of the world's nicest people and let loose!

Guest access
Guests will retrieve keys from a lockbox. Access codes will be provided prior to arrival.

Guests have full use of the yard. If the main house is empty, guests are free to utilize the house rear patio.

Other things to note
Please DO NOT bring glass items into the pool. There is a $250 USD fine for any incidents requiring glass removal.

There are lots of monkeys in the area. Although cute, they are wild animals so please use caution and DO NOT FEED.

Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY. Dispose of your butts properly and not in the yard. There’s is a $250 fine for evidence of smoking inside the premises.

Atlantis Historic Inn dates back to the mid 1800's. Completely refurbished in 2009, now offers comfortable accommodation with all the amenities we expect in this day and age. Tent Bay is a very sleepy fishing village, only 10 minutes walk along the seafront to the main coastal village of Bathsheba. We have a live in caretaker who will be available to answer and questions you may have pretty much at all times.

East Coast of Barbados is spectacular for those who enjoy the quiet unspoiled surrounding, country folk and a definite slower pace of life. We encourage you to experience the east coast for its beauty and very layed back appeal.
