The space
Welcome to our cozy studio apartment, ideal for a peaceful stay with easy access to local spots. The space is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring bright, inviting decor and all the amenities you need for a home away from home.
As you enter, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, and microwave, perfect for preparing meals. The living area offers a comfortable double bed, dedicated workspace, and cable TV. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and essential toiletries.

The Cottage is a small guesthouse located on the grounds of our home, Bahari, which means "By the Sea."

We'll provide you with beach towels, pool noodles, beach chairs and a cooler.
Laundry facilities, a deep freeze and additional storage is located in a shared outbuilding.
Other things to note
The best way to reach The Cottage from Grantley Adams International Airport is by taxi or rental car. The property is located on a quiet residential beachfront street. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Cooling Fans are freely provided but air condition is an additional $10 US for 12 hours, or $20US for 24 Hours
The unit is fully self-contained with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom & covered outdoor patio area. It is fully air-conditioned and has free WiFi & cable TV. The custom designed entertainment center and wardrobe neatly separates the kitchen/living room from the cozy bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen-size bed & lovely lamps adorned with gorgeous turtle carvings. The floral coverlet lends a tropical feel to this bedroom confirming that you are indeed in a tropical paradise!
The space
Outside, the shaded gazebo faces the beach and is outfitted with a table and four chairs for al fresco dining. From here you can relax and watch the cruise ships arriving and departing Bridgetown harbour and enjoy the calming sound of waves breaking on the beach. Tropical sunsets from the patio and beach are truly stunning! . The Studio may be rented as part of a group of guests staying at the Beach House or separately for a maximum of 2 persons. It is ideal accommodation for couples wanting a romantic beachfront vacation on spectacular Brighton beach and is mere steps from the Caribbean Sea. Guests staying at both the Beach House and the Studio access the property through the main gate at Banyan Beach House. There is a common parking area located here and guests staying at the Studio have free parking for one vehicle. The studio has its own separate entrance via a walkway across the garden. There is also a separate gate to access the beach directly from the studio.

Other things to note
Parties & Gatherings, No parties, barbecues or gathering of 12 or more outside guests shall be held on any of the common property areas (terrace, pool deck etc) without permission from the Property Management Company obtained no less than 48hrs in advance.
