Get the best of The Jewel of Levittown and Levittown Onyx all in one package. The upstairs unit is 2 bedroom, 2 bath and sleeps 4. The downstairs unit is 2 bedroom, one bath and can sleep 5-6 with the use of an air mattress, or 4 guests without (up to 10 guests.)The adjoining patio staircase allows guests from both units to come together on the upper deck or back patio. Both units however have separate entrances. We've curated a space where families and friends can feel right at home! Come see!!
The space
You and your guests will have the entire building to yourselves (except the garage). All the parking spaces in front and all outdoor spaces. The apartments are connected through the outdoor spaces. A staircase from the second floor balcony leads to the patio downstairs which has french doors that lead into the downstairs apartment. There are 4 bedrooms with queen beds in each and 3 full bathrooms. Please let me know if you have any other questions about the building or notify me of any accessibility needs you or your guests may have before booking.
Guest access
4 bedrooms, 3 baths overall. Each apartment has its own separate entrance. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen. Guest may get together for fun on either the upper or lower patios which are connected through a stair case.
