It’s about 25 minutes from the airport with traffic. Definitely close not too far from a big city, but not exactly where everything is super close, but there is a nice little private beach walking distance from this day and I think that is very great for people who are not interested in traveling the town, Nikki is super sweet, super attentive and is extremely helpful . it definitely is a little paradise away from all the chaotic that you may get from being at a resort for that I chose this place for me and my fiancé. We had a nice reasonable extremely accommodating stay while we adventured out for most of our days. The local security is also extremely nice. Everyone in the area is super welcoming. If you stay here, I would definitely recommend a vehicle just in case you need a late night drink or something you’re able to hit the stores earlier in the day. Awesome stay!"

Adorable bungalow with private entrance in a very famous gated villa community Residencial Hispaniola. Central, but very quiet location in a tropical garden. Walking distance to everything you may need - beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
Residencial has it's own restaurant, Hispaniola Diners Club, 24\7 security, tennis court and basketball court. The beautiful landscapes of Hispaniola are perfect for a lovely walk or a morning jog.

Private guest suite on a 2000 sqm. property, surrounded by beautiful gardens with plenty of fruit trees that host over 100 species of wild birds, (7) minutes walk to the main beach of Sosua, (12) minutes by car to Encuentro, Cabarete beach and POP airport.
(5) minutes walk to the main Supermarket Playero, the inter city bus station, restaurants , clubs, bars and pharmacy are steps away.
The guest house is completely new and the main house gardens and pool have been completely renovated .

We are located 5min from downtown between Pueblo and Nature. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and families (with children).
