In the morning, again, no hot water and to our surprise no electricity. Although, once we called them they had someone fix the electricity right away. But still no hot water. It was a nice place. But was not comfortable, it felt oddly strange to stay there. We received our security deposit with no problem upon checkout. I would never stay there again. Bad experience. "

This stunning private 4b/4b villa is located in a quiet area in the hills of Sosua. It is just 10 minutes by car to Sosua downtown with its busy nightlife and restaurants; it is also 15/20 minutes from Cabarete's Kite Beach. The main feature of this villa is its big covered terrace overlooking the large pool and tropical gardens. It has panoramic views of the ocean past the tropical trees which provides that added feeling of tranquility. Its elevated position in the hills also benefits from cooling breezes all year round. The property is ideally suited for couples and families.

Set over two floors, the Master Bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase and has a King bed, private shower room and toilet with a separate vanity sink area. It has its own private veranda and sitting area. The two other bedrooms downstairs are double bedrooms with twin beds (one with its own en suite).

The main living area is open planned with a well equipped kitchen. There is a fridge/freezer; microwave oven; coffee machine; and toaster - bottled water is also provided free of charge. It also has a TV, internet and free Wi-Fi and a writing desk space. All rooms have ceiling fans.

There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine. A gas fired barbeque is available for use. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac within electric security gates.
