The genleman at the front desk said that he did have a room available for the same price. So I paid again. And he gave me the keys and took me to the room. There was water leaking from the ceiling inside the room. the banister to get the 2nd floor was broken and loose, the room smelled as if it hadn't been occupied in years. There was an unbelievable amount of construction going on inside the villas. I asked for my money back and he would not refund me the money. I did not end up staying and left to abother hotel. The man was very rude. My girlfriend asked to use the bathroom in the lobby while we were waiting and he was very rude to her. So ultimately I paid Hotels.com for 1 night and I apd for another night directly with the hotel employee, and I didn't stay there and I didn't get any of my money back either. "
