Each day felt like another day in paradise. The all-inclusive meals were terrific, with great variety, and the pool and beach facilities were first-rate. We never had a problem finding chairs at the pool or beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Alejandro made sure we had the dinner reservations we needed (two of the many restaurants require reservations) and solved any of the little problems that cropped up during the week. He also nicely prepared our daughter's room for her birthday, with festive balloons. Although you can book various activities around Punta Cana, we were happy to just hang out at the resort and enjoy the facilities most days. Various family members played tennis, volleyball, ping pong, and basketball. There was always a band playing in the courtyard in the evening, followed by a stage show. The stage performers seem like they travel the local resort circuit, with mixed quality but always good-natured and energetic. We will go back. "
