The space
This cozy studio is ideal for couples and also perfect if you are traveling with an extra companion. It has a comfortable double bed for 2 people, and an additional single bed in the same space, equipped with bedding and pillow for a third person. Everything is ready for you to enjoy a practical, comfortable and hassle-free stay.
Located in the exclusive Dorado del Mar complex, a community with controlled access, you will be in the same place as the Embassy Suites. Enjoy private beach access, a variety of restaurants, the Predator bowling alley, and much more — all within the same complex. A perfect combination of comfort, safety and entertainment just steps from your door!
Other things to note
Our home (studio) is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 people sharing 1 bed; we still have accommodation for 1 third person sleeping in a twin bed set up in the same prepared space with their respective extra bedding and pillow.
➡️Parking: We do not have parking. If you choose to bring a car you must park in front of the property in the mailbox area. Under no circumstance can park in front of neighboring house. Avoid setbacks.
➡️ Important to note:
The property is located in a residential development, not in a tourist area, and is in direct contact with nature, surrounded by plants and trees. For this reason, you may find insects, mosquitoes, ants, as well as domestic animals (such as cats and dogs from the neighborhood) and our typical roosters in the vicinity. We can't control the roosters crowing or the dogs barking, among other things.
The property has security gates and privacy walls that provide a closed and quiet space, but it's important to consider these features as part of the natural and local environment surrounding the accommodation.
➡️Due to the tropical climate in Puerto Rico we have certain seasons (especially if there is rain) where we can experience the presence of ants around the properties so we recommend not leaving food waste, garbage, food that can attract them.
We recommend removing the trash daily; not leaving food out of the fridge. We are located in a palm tree area so the ants will be present. If traveling with minors we recommend avoiding waste of treats and food especially in the kitchen area and thus helps us to control and/or avoid pests in conjunction with our fumigation system

We understand that trip cancellations, interruptions, and delays occur. Therefore, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to ensure your reservation is protected. There are unforeseen circumstances and you want to be covered. We do not provide reimbursement for causes beyond our control.
