Quiet, cool place. Temperature 64 to 79 degrees Fahrenheit. It will be available for the month of May 2018 onwards. I'm going to paint and fix a few things and prepare it so that it's ready to receive my guests.

The space
In front of the main road, a super quiet place. It is 20 minutes from Ponce and Adjuntas and 35 minutes from Jayuya. Panoramic view of the mountains and the sea horizon.

Perfect space for couples or a traveling adult. Space has everything you need to make yourself comfortable. Features a full kitchen, new ice cold ac unit and a full bathroom.

**However, if your vehicle is on the larger side it you are more than welcome to park in front of the gate of the home.**

This is a duplex home. The apartment located on the first floor is the private apartment solely for our Airbnb guests.

Please be aware of low ceilings.

If you have a vehicle that is on the larger side it may not have enough height covering to park in the car port. If so, feel free to park in front of the home by the gate.

One room serves as full-service kitchen, with central island with stools for dining. Aso has an area with sofa and end table which serves as a small living room and entrance foyer. There is a separate bedroom, and a separate full bath beyond it. Centrally-located with easy access to all that Ponce has to offer. Car needed. Shared laundry. Romantic yard with soft lighting, plants & fruit trees. Parking on the street, safe, most neighbors also park there. Early check-in can sometimes be arranged.

The space
THIS IS A PINK COTTAGE IN THE BACKYARD OF A YELLOW HOUSE. Some might call it a “mother-in-law apartment”. We have electricity & water, hot shower, air conditioning & wifi. There is off-street parking in the carport alongside the house (listed as "casamia-main-house"), but the entrance gate is only 7’3” (221 cm) wide so only small cars fit. 🚫Please, no products other than ordinary toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. There is an odor-contol canister in the bathroom for menstrual products and incontinence underwear, etc, to avoid inconvenience 💩.

Besides your rented car, there are taxis (search for "taxi Ponce" and select the entry for Infopaginas) & Uber The city buses are not oriented towards tourism. You will need your own car. Several parks nearby. Good area for jogging & biking.

Other things to note
Besides the double bed, the living room sofa is actually a futon, which opens up to allow one person to sleep on it. 👁 The hot water is *only* in the shower, and the bathroom lights must be *on*. The switch on the wall near the shower must be towards the LEFT so that the showerhead water heater will function.👁 The wifi in the interior of the cottage is only 40 to 90 mbps, but the signal from the house is available in the yard and often goes over 150 Mbps, or even 250 Mbps.
