You can hear everything. That is not good considering that it is kind of busy street. There are two sofa beds, but NO blankets and pillows for them (see above about communication, which means no chance to get an extra when needed). Cleanliness could be better too."

But, there was a festival of some sort from Friday through late Saturday night in the six blocks or so from the plaza across the street. The crowded one way streets were a hassle to navigate even with Google maps. The key and parking fob instructions were confusing as they assumed we knew we were accessing lock boxes on the exterior of the building instead of a keypad near the door. Beds are well worn and sagging. Demand hot water heater needed turned on to the max and then ran for about 8 minutes at the shower to get warm. Hot just about the time you finish your shower. "
