- "Stunning!!! My friend and i stayed in one of the tents and the inside was super clean and cute. There was a fan to help with the heat, but honestly it wasn’t so bad! There is a small community kitchen if needed since restaurant are 15-20 mins away, but honestly we didn’t mind the drive. The property was stunning as it is secluded and right on a river. There are places to swim feet from your tent with outdoor showers or one inside shower if needed. There is also a fridge you can use. We spent the days reading and relaxing near the river which was a dream. We scheduled a massage as well which was awesome. Will definitely be back!"

We are situated between the mountains & Caribbean Sea, embrace the beauty of the El Yunque Rainforest in Naguabo, PR. Formally Hacienda Moyano, we have 4 acres of palm trees, 28 fruits growing wildly, and walking paths throughout. A crystal clear inground pool and gazebos make outdoor life comfortable. Take a trip to sandy beaches, or sip on Rum and watch the sunset. Rest well in our large renovated studios with bathroom, AC, and kitchenette. Each room has a big porch with breathtaking views.

Unplug, relax, and enjoy all the tranquility paradise has to offer. We do not have WiFi available. There is cell coverage here with the majority of carriers.

Parking is free and right in front of our Lodge. The property is enclosed and gated.

Grocery stores and gas stations are 5 mins away. Beaches are 10 mins away. There are many amazing restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

* Occasionally there are power outages in Puerto Rico, it is part of life here. Each room is equipped with battery powered lantern in case of an outage. We do have generators and will start them if needed (Because of the inflation of gas prices, if the power goes out in the middle of the night, they will not be turned on until the morning).

* You will be IN the Rainforest staying here - there are bugs. Our rooms are meticulously cleaned yet occasionally bugs find their way in.

* There are no laundry facilities available on site but there is a drop off and self serve laundry nearby called "Wash and Post". feel free to reach out for information on this.

* Please take care of your trash and dishes. Please do not break coconuts or sit on the kitchen counters in your room or the community kitchen.

* We do not offer stays over 2 weeks. (no monthly stays)

Locals and visitors enjoy the beach and seafood restaurants in El Malecon. This is a famous boardwalk that is surrounded by Restaurants. "El Malecon is a touristic area distinguished because local fishermen used to sell the first catch of the day to the local restaurants on the El Malecon. You can enjoy eating food directly from the table or buy the catch from them. The beach La Fanduca is a beach recommended to spend some time with the family and visit the restaurants in the area. The house is about 25 minutes from a beautiful beach, 45 minutes from the entry to the National Forest (get tickets 30 days in advance!) and less than 20 minutes in two different directions to two different shopping centers with Super Walmarts. It is so remote looking that it took us a few days to find out how close to everything it was! We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend it to anyone traveling in a group/family that wants to experience an authentic Puerto Rican villa. We would stay again! 10/10."

Vacation in Paradise. If you love the outdoors this is the place for you. The property is located in Cala de Hucares at the foot of the Caribbean Rain Forest ( El Yunque). This beautiful penthouse unit has 3 spacious bedrooms. Our third floor unit ( walk up) has a balcony with a terrace above that has a great view of the Caribbean. The complex is beachfront, has outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground and has 24 hour security. It is in a quaint fishing village of Playa Hucares which is in the town of Naguabo and has local restaurants that serve fresh seafood and local cuisine. It feels like paradise with the conveniences of home. Go fishing, golfing, swimming, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, or take a ferry from Fajardo (10-15 minute drive) to one of two islands (Vieques, Culebra) and spend the day snorkeling, scuba diving or sunbathing. Visit the nearby casino or shop in the nearby malls, or just catch a movie. Don't forget to spend the day sightseeing or shopping in San Juan.

If you like nature trails spend the day hiking the rain forest (El Yunque). You will find water falls with swimming holes to refresh yourself.
There is a natural bio-tour reserve a few minutes south where you can kayak in brackish creeks which lead to the ocean. There you'll find many types of birds and iguanas in this Humacao Wildlife Refuge and don't forget to visit the Ceiba Forest which is just a few minutes north and see the mangroves and manatees.
