But the hotel was well worth the price, very clean, and in a great location when weather conditions are normal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wasn’t a huge deal but a little distasteful. Breakfast was delicious, but was late every day. It lists from 9:30-11am but did not ever come out before 10am. In my opinion, 9:30am is already really late for breakfast, and the delay didn’t sit well with any of the guests sitting at the table. I understand it’s a wellness center but when you’re trying to maximize every part of your day, any delay is inconvenient. However the checkout process was great. We checked out but were allowed to store our luggage’s, we were offered a beach kit and we were allowed to shower in the communal showers until we had to leave. Overall, I’d give the location 10/10 but the service and hospitality 8/10. Would certainly recommend and stay again! "

Outside the room there is a terrace where you can sit and spend some quiet time, and there are other indoor and outdoor areas where you can share and eat. The place is within walking distance of the town and the boat terminal. There are places to eat within walking distance. If you rent a car, John and Mike provide you with literature, maps, and directions for the places you want to visit and activities you want to do. In conclusion, I give my best recommendation for Casa Amistad and I will return again. Thank you, John and Mike, for everything. "
