This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood with most attractions within 5-10 minutes' drive. The home is nested on 1.5 acres of oasis, landscaped with local fruit trees and flowers, with a key-less keypad allowing for 24/7 entry. Four bedrooms each having its own full bathroom and Roku TV in each bedroom, kitchen and living room, allowing you to access any streaming service for which you have an account. You will also have access to local channels. Enjoy the sunset and ocean view from the top deck where one of the bedrooms are located. There are four other decks and porches to enjoy, allowing for ample space and privacy. The home is fully air condition. Owner resides on property as manager and concierge. There is a .50-acre lot between rental property and owners' property.

Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables but most meats and fish was frozen (could not find fresh seafood). Local beaches and Fredrickstead could be reached by foot if in shape and adventurous (no sidewalks) but otherwise transportation is a must. Ample and safe parking on the property. Frederiksted, Christiansted, and the other locations we visited were all safe and fun. Stay left!!! Lots of great memories made. Zen was an amazing host: never seen yet always available and super friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we return."

This home is located directly on one of the best beaches on the island of St. Croix. Step out the door and walk straight onto the sand. The home is on the west end of the island in Frederiksted, with restaurants and entertainment nearby.

Important Note:
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the top level of the home.
Guests must go outside to access the lower level, which has one bedroom and one bathroom with a separate entrance. There are 10 exterior steps on the staircase leading to the upper level of the home.
This lower level is perfect for a second couple, in-laws, or grandparents.
The downstairs living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa bed, perfect for additional guests. The space includes a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV. This area offers an additional sleeping option.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Spacious 1 BR / 1 BA condo with amazing view, tropical pool and great breezes

Sea Dreams, a spacious 1 BR / 1 BA beachfront condo, is located on the top floor of the Harbour Beach Village Condominium complex. Our small, private gated community is right on the beach about a mile south of the charming town of Frederiksted and offers amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear calm water, and the best sunsets on island. Sea Dreams feels very spacious with cathedral ceilings in the living room and bedroom and a large screened in gallery where you will spend most of your time. The bathroom is quite large and has a tub/shower combo and double sinks. Ceiling fans are in every room, with two in the gallery. The bedroom is air-conditioned but with the many windows and consistent easterly breezes it is seldom needed. For those who like to cook, Sea Dreams has a fully equipped kitchen (disclaimer the brand new oven has a glitch so two burners have been put in place along with air fryer and outside bbq available.)(windows are being replaced in the entire condo complex, so you may hear construction during the day until they are finished) Kitchen with a UV water purification system for clean fresh water straight from the tap. When chilling around the condo there is Cable TV, WI-FI, and a stereo system, with comfortable seating throughout the living room and gallery.

Harbour Beach Village Condominiums has a large freshwater beachfront pool with plenty of lounge chairs. If you like to grill, there is a covered outdoor pavilion overlooking the sea with a gas BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, and a porch swing for your enjoyment. There are sand chairs adjacent to the pavilion for use on the beach and if you decide to explore other beaches, Sea Dreams has umbrellas and pool noodles for you to take with you. We have recently added two new bicycles to our list of amenities so if you want a little leisurely exercise, or just don't feel like driving, you can easily bike to Frederiksted and the beaches north of town.

Swept Away is a spacious, 1200 sq ft 1 BD/1BA apartment within a small and very private beachfront condominium complex, a mile south of the historic town of Frederiksted and 15 minutes away from St Croix Airport. It sits directly on west-facing Dorsch Beach, considered one of the best beaches in St Croix for its unspoiled natural beauty and glorious sunsets.

Swept Away truly is beachfront! From the lanai, you will overlook the crystal blue waters and a pristine sandy beach that are just a few steps away. These waters feature some of the best snorkeling in St Croix, with frequent sightings of turtles, manta rays, dolphins and parrot fish. Floor-to-ceiling windows in every room create a fresh, open-air feel. A delightful ocean breeze blows almost continuously, carrying the delicious salt air. In the evenings, spectacular sunsets are on display. And at night, you will be lulled asleep by the sound of the waves.

The condo is furnished with 2 queen beds in the air-conditioned bedroom. In addition, there is a full-size sofa bed in the Living Room and a high twin plug-in inflatable mattress. There is a nearby property manager if you should need help with the unit, and a live-in onsite caretaker if you should have questions about the complex. In nearby Frederiksted, with its quaint Danish architecture, you will find several outstanding restaurants and beach bar-cafes. And when a cruise ship docks at the pier (which happens frequently), art and craft stalls appear in the main square and the famous Moko Jumbies dance – it’s Carnival time!

Just north of Frederiksted you can take a beach horseback ride with Cruzan Cowgirls. Alternatively, take a drive into the rainforest to visit the beer-drinking pig and eat Cruzan cuisine at the Mt Pellier Domino Club. Why not stop along the way at the historic Lawaetz Museum, a Danish great house from the 1900s? A few minutes south of the complex is the Sandy Point Nature Wildlife Refuge, an expanse of dazzling white beach where turtles come to nest every year. - "This westside of St Croix has the best water... clear and calm with no sargassum, but loaded with fish to see while snorkeling just off the beach. Plus, the sunsets are amazing. This condo had everything we needed. Lots of towels and kitchen items. The two beds made it nice for my friend and I to not have to share a bed. The pool is nice for relaxing after a long day at the beach... Or just to hang out there all day. The grilling station is handy and has all of the tools needed to make your meals. If you don't want to cook, Frederiksted is a short walk (or drive) and has loads of good restaurants. The caretaker was helpful with tips, plus, he was incredibly respectful. When my friend told him I was in Zoom meetings all morning, he took it up on himself to wait to mow the lawn until he saw me come outisde because he thought it would be too noisy. That was a nice touch and totally not expected. Make sure to rent a Jeep while on the island. The roads are seriously bumpy but the drives are worth it! Our beachfront house is only 15 feet from the water's edge. The only way to be closer to the sea is to be in a boat! The house was built in 2009 and is sturdily made of insulated concrete. Each bedroom has its own balcony access overlooking the sea. Comfortable beds, as well as a nice kitchen and indoor living areas, enhance your relaxing, beach experience. The crystal clear water right in front of the house is perfect for snorkeling and beach fun! reach out for long term rates. Master bedroom has a king bed, with an en suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor balcony overlooking the sea. Guest bedroom has 2 double beds, and access to bathroom across hall. Sliding glass doors provide access to the large balcony. Living area has a kitchen and lounge areas. Sliding glass doors also lead out to the balcony from here. Lounge on the couches and chairs on the balcony. Read a book. Listen to the waves. Have a snack. Play cards. Enjoy the sunsets. Whatever you desire to do to relax and enjoy!!! Enjoy exploring the quaint town of Fredriksted just a few minutes away, or you can take a short drive to the beautiful town of Christiansted. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, lovely architecture, and friendly people!!
