- "The staff was fabulous!" - "Pros: Staff was super nice. We showed up early and were greeted by Michael. Our room wasn't ready, but he gave us ideas of things to do, with directions. They have a ton of supplies you can borrow to take to the beach, including coolers, towels, and snorkeling gear. They also have complimentary sunscreen, bug spray, and other sundries. Everyone, staff and guests, were nice. Definitely a place you won't know a stranger. Room was huge.The car ferry is just around the corner, and the people ferry and businesses are less than a 10 minute walk away. Cons: Low water pressure, but not a shock. The layout of the property is interesting, and our room ended up being just off the office. Looks like there were 3 other rooms off to the other side. This means we could hear everything happening in the office, and I assume they would be able to hear us. The pool had to be drained while we were there, because of repairs. Not sure we would have used it, but it was a bummer that it wasn't an option. Everything else: The property is older. It's not a fancy hotel. It doesn't pretend to be anything it's not. We were there only one night, but I wish it was longer. Would recommend on the basis of the staff alone."

Welcome to our wonderful newly renovated in 2023 studio condo in the new Cruz Bay luxury resort, Grande Bay. Our large studio is perfect for up to four people. The studio has a king bed in the sleeping area and a queen sleeper sofa in the living/sitting area. There is a balcony from which to enjoy the awesome views of the Caribbean and a washer/dryer. There is also a fully equipped stainless steel and granite kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, electric Weber grill on the balcony and small electric appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster/oven, plug-in burner, etc.). We also own the adjoining one bedroom condo (homeaway.com/4955527) which also has a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, which can be connected to the studio to form a large two bedroom or can also be rented as a separate unit.

Grande Bay is a 48 unit resort directly on the water and only a three to five minute walk to 'downtown' Cruz Bay with the ferry and all its restaurants, bars and shops. We have spectacular views of the water and harbor with St Thomas in the distance from the balconies. We have a particularly good location within Grande Bay. We are on the second floor (really the third floor, since the ground floor is the garage) of the rear Building C (Stairwell 6) near the pool and away from the town side. We especially like this location because: (1) we are off the street and don't have any street noise and have more privacy; (2) we are up high so we have great panoramic views; and (3) we are away from town so it is quieter (no Beach Bar or nearby construction) Use our apartment as your base to explore the most magnificent island on earth!

Our kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, blender and we have an electric Weber grill on the balcony. We offer a flat screen hi-def cable TV with Netflix, and have high speed internet (also, free long distance domestic telephone calls). You can also listen to your favorite music on our stereo, best of all, just sit on the balcony and enjoy the spectacular view.

If you check out our reviews, you will get a very good sense of the kind of experience you can expect to have renting from us. Use our apartment as your base to discover the paradise that is St John! You can walk to two of the most beautiful beaches, Solomon and Honeymoon, in 30 minutes along the National Park Service trail through the woods. Or rent a car or take a taxi to explore the North Shore beaches -- some of the very best in the world. In ten minutes you will be at Hawksnest, and then on to Oppenheimer, Trunk Bay, Cinnamon, Francis Bay and beyond, to name a few, all within the protected boundaries of the National Park. You can take your beach towels, chairs and coolers from the unit, so pack a lunch and make it a day. After a day at the beach, come relax pool side or sit in the hot tub and soak in the view. Or if you want to be more vigorous, come work out in our state of the art fitness center with the best views imaginable. We have treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, weights, a strength tower, and, yes, even a pilates machine! In the evening, walk to one of the many bars or restaurants in town, or listen to music at the Beach Bar, just two minutes away. Or get some of the best and cheapest barbecue ever from Uncle Joe's and sit on the balcony and watch the sun set as you eat your dinner. So many terrific choices!!

But most importantly, just relax and enjoy this very special spot. We are certain that you will love St John and Grande Bay as much as we do -- it would be virtually impossible not to.

- "This was our third trip to St. John and first stay at Grande Bay and we loved it, I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. We rented the one bedroom, which was perfect for our family of four. The pictures on the VRBO site are very accurate; the place looks just as clean and new as in the photos! The kids slept on the sleeper sofa, which was very comfortable, as was the king size bed in the bedroom. The view from the living room area/balcony is Cruz Bay so we all enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of harbor. For us, having the laundry available was really helpful and I learned that we could take about half of what we brought with us this time (this is an important lesson when you are in the midst of taking the ferry and taxi to the airport). The kitchen was great and my husband was very impressed that the Hill family provides two coffee makers. Aside from that, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots & pans, etc. so you could eat in every meal if you wanted. Our youngest daughter has food allergies so this was useful, and we were also able to ship some items down before our trip that magically appeared in the condo upon our arrival. The location of Grande Bay was probably our favorite thing about it because you could just walk to town for dinner in two minutes. Our girls loved the pool, which we usually went to in the early afternoon after getting to the beach in the early morning (using the cooler that was provided). The pool tends to be shaded, which is really nice after a day in the sun – there is also sun on the deck for those who want it. Being a runner, I did check out the gym, which has treadmills, elliptical and weights – I had decided to be lazy on vacation but it is a nice feature if you are looking for a gym. One last thing…we had reserved this condo for spring break last year and my youngest daughter ended up in the hospital the night before our planned departure. I called Tom the following morning to let him know that we would not be arriving on the island. I was not expecting anything because I did understand this was a villa rental, I just assumed we would lose our vacation. I was pleasantly surprised when Tom offered us a week in the fall to use his condo! This was above and beyond what I would expect and think it says a lot about this owner. "

Had everything our family of five needed and more! My 18 year old son loved the fitness center and the pool and hot tub were a great treat for post beach hopping. They have beach towels, chairs, noodles and coolers so no need to pack those. AIr condition was on point after a sweaty, hot day at the beach. The front desk at Grande Bay will arrange taxi transportation for all Mojo Blue guests.

The air conditioned bedrooms are unexpectantly large and beautifully decorated. Each room has a spacious in suite bath with a large architectural designed walk in shower. There is master bedroom off great room with a King bed. There are 3 bedrooms on garden level - 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 bedroom which can be King bed or converted to two twins. The mattresses are new and comfortable. Large windows allow for great airflow and views from every room. Twin blow up mattress available for 9th guest.

The kitchen has the amenities that you have in your home. We dine in more than we dine out, since we have a better view than any restaurant on St John. We enjoy the casual dining style of grilling fresh fish on the deck while we visit with each other.

The owners of Blue Agave enjoy tropical plants and flowers. You will be delighted by the color and floral fragrances of Frangipani and Jasmine. Look for orchids in the trees. Landscaping gives privacy from the dead end road to the pool, so that you can enjoy the pool in total privacy. Our lot is huge with magnificent tropical landscaping. You cannot see any neighboring homes from the villa. Blue Agave will provide a relaxing romantic vacation for two and yet can accommodate a very small family event such as a 8 guest wedding or reunion. Neighboring homes can be rented for additional guests.

St John is a friendly, laid back island. 'Chillin' is the term used for relaxing here. Blue Agave Villa is so self-contained that you can enjoy the privacy poolside, enjoying rest, rejuvenation and relaxation. (The closest grocery store is 2 minutes away.) When you do venture out, the beaches, world famous snorkeling, and restaurants will delight you.

We have wireless internet and are located so that we have US cell phone service (depending on your provider - you may need to confirm international roaming when you are away from internet service.)

You can be away, but be connected. We have a new whole house generator which is rare for homes on St John. We feel our guests should have power even during brief island power outages.

During Hurricane Irma and Maria in Sept of 2017 Blue Agave was undamaged due to our island design, concrete structure, blue metal "tile" roof with hurricane straps, hurricane shutters on every door and window, hurricane rated sliding patio doors, and good luck.

Which brings up another plus - you could sometimes hear your neighbors in a distance but due to the vegetation - you never saw them. Landscaping was great and we had daily sightings of iguana's and even deer passing thru the yard. Amazing views of Cruz Bay and St Thomas, conveniently located near town with access to the ferry, shopping, grocery, and restaurants. Minutes drive to the beautiful north shore beaches. Ginger Thomas is built on two levels with a king size bedroom and full bathroom on each floor. Ginger Thomas has spectacular unobstructed views of the Caribbean waters and neighboring islands, the town of Cruz Bay and the mountains of St. John. It is located on Pocket Money Lane, a private cul-de-sac. The town of Cruz Bay and the ferry dock are .4 miles from the villa. We suggest renting a vehicle in order to see the island and enjoy town and the beaches.
As you arrive at Ginger Thomas, the lush landscaping welcomes you to your home away from home. The main floor living room is furnished with a new queen sleeper sofa and two comfortable chairs. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and two bar stools. The main living area leads you through an expansive 18 foot wide sliding pocket door that opens to the large outdoor living space. A portion of the living space is a covered veranda with a comfortable wicker couch, dining table and a Weber gas grill for your convenience while you enjoy the spectacular sunset with boats sailing in the distance across the Caribbean waters. The other portion of the outdoor living space is uncovered and includes chaise lounges in the sun and a beautiful splash pool on the deck.
On the lower level, via an exterior staircase, French doors lead you to a suite with A/C and a king size bed. The room has a full bath suite and a mini fridge, Smart TV and DVD player.
There is a house generator for any power outages that might occur on island. There is a 50 inch flat screen satellite TV in the living room as well as the lower level. There is also a collection of games and books.
New service for your convenience! We now providetrash service twice a week. Thereis no trash removal on St John. Normally all trash must be broughtto the local dumpsters on the island.
The property has many amenities such as Starlink Wi-Fi, which is extremely high-speed and always available, bluetooth speakers, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, UV water purification system, Smart TV's, dishwasher, washer/dryer and A/C in the bedrooms. There is a walking path through the garden around the property.

- "The pictures in the listing tell it all. The view is really that beautiful. Our family of 4 lived in the outdoor living area by the pool. It was perfect for reading a book in the morning. It was shady or sunny, depending on your pleasure, after a day of snorkeling at the many, wonderful beaches. It was also an incredible setting for twilight discussions with the family about the stars, the clouds, the islands and everything in between...and/or a nice game of Yahtzee. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and our teenage daughter loved the privacy of the suite downstairs. The hosts were superb in every way. St. John and the USVI National Park is a treasure, and I hope to do the exact same trip, including Ginger Thomas, again and again."

It is a hilly walk and we are located at the top of a hill, so we do recommend taking a safari taxi if you prefer not to drive or walk. Enjoy a wide range of shopping, dining and nightlife options, or jump on a charter boat for world class diving, snorkeling, fishing, and touring the neighboring British Virgin Islands.

Located in Mango Terrace, there are only 6 units so the building and pool are never crowded and will be your own piece of paradise.

Walk to and from town, taxi service to and from town and beaches or rent a jeep to get around the island. We can make recommendations for private or group boats to help you explore neighboring islands such as Jost Van Dyke (home of the famous Soggy Dollar bar) or the Baths of Virgin Gorda.

Hotel tax is an additional and separate 12.5% that will be collected at the time of booking.

We are located on St. John’s beautiful south shore, Pura Vida (Pure Life), is a beautiful island home and private estate situated on 1.5 acres. The villa is surrounded by a profusion of native landscaping and historical Dutch ruins. Our villa's plateau location makes for lots of lovely island breezes with wonderful ocean views of Hart Bay and Chocolate Hole Bay.

Pura Vida boasts a wonderful floor plan and a downright glorious screened sitting area where you can sit and enjoy a good book or a nap. The two bedroom suites are private and tastefully appointed with all new furnishings and air conditioning for warm nights. Wonderful views, wildlife and grounds surrounding the house. House itself is very nice as well. If staying with children though, it should be pointed out the 2nd bedroom has an entrance from the outside only, so this may not work for families with younger kids. We decided to each pick a room and then one of our children stayed downstairs with a parent and the other upstairs with the other of us so a parent was with each child. Not an issue for us, really but something to know before booking. I would recommend this property, enjoyed our time there and feel lucky to have had the opportunity to wake up and wind down after the day to the stunning views."

in 2018, the owner completed a top to bottom renovation, a real vintage Caribbean Cottage with modern touches done in a way to preserve the unique relaxing cottage feel, yet with an element of understated luxury. Because its just around the corner from Gallows Point, it hides any noise from town, yet its an easy 2 block stroll to the heart of Cruz Bay.

You'll enjoy the soothing sounds of the surf from the large 15' x 20' screened in terrace as you watch the sailboats go by. In the evening, enjoy fabulous sunsets year round plus the twinkling lights of St Thomas.

The air conditioned spacious master bedroom (14' x 12') has a king size bed with direct access to the large ocean view terrace. The bedroom's windows on 3 sides provide cooling Caribbean breezes and an ocean view.

The beautiful Restoration Hardware bath is accessed directly from the master bedroom. Seaside Vista is perfect for a couple as you can rent the cottage with the 2nd bedroom locked, and the rate is priced accordingly. (The 2nd bedroom is never rented to a different party.) The published rate is for the 1 bedroom, up to 2 guests.

The second air conditioned bedroom was thoughtfully designed in a nautical style with new twin bunk beds. A blow up twin mattress is also available for a 3rd child. For convenience, the bathroom is accessible right from the second bedroom as well. The cost for 2nd bedroom/additional guests is $50 per night + tax per guest.

The large newly tiled terrace has plenty of room for relaxing and dining and features all new furniture. The kitchen has been totally remodeled and features new counters, appliances and a more contemporary open floor plan to the living room (20' x 11'). A new counter with bar stools makes it a great place to hang. The living room has large ocean view windows with a comfy sectional couch and a doorway that opens up directly to the terrace. There is also a furnished private courtyard with a grill.

You'll be welcomed at the ferry dock by our experienced guide, who will assist you with luggage and jeep rental, and then escort you to the condo for a brief orientation. The oversized outdoor living area is a wrap around balcony with access from the living room and also private access from the master bed room. SeaSwan Suite is a beautiful private, fully air conditioned one bedroom (a King) apartment in our villa. Only twelve minutes drive from Cruz Bay, guests have their own parking and private walkway to the apartment. No steps offer easy access from parking to the apartment. Double french doors open to 1200 square feet of beautifully appointed space. Soft colors of sea foam and sand with travertine marble floors greet each guest. Four double french doors open on to the sun deck, a cocktail deck and covered bedroom deck to the spectacular view. On a clear day you can see thirty five miles to Puerto Rico or awaken to three or four masted sailing ships crossing Pillsbury Sound. Twenty-four acres of undeveloped land in front of SeaSwan offers an unobstructed view of St Thomas and the Caribbean Sea. WIFI connection is fast and works on the outside patio areas and throughout the apartment. SeaSwan is 620 feet above sea level, offering soft breezes. The road and driveway are paved, and we are at the end of the road, so no traffic. The villa is at the very end of Gifft Hill Lane with no neighbors on three sides providing both quiet and privacy. SeaSwanSuite is the only apartment. The comfortable living room has a custom upholstered sectional and ottoman to gaze at the view or watch your favorite show on a flat screen TV with satellite service. The spacious bedroom with king bed ( the mattress gets rave reviews) the reading area a loveseat and desk to send postcards to friends offers ample space to stretch out. The bedroom armoire also has a flat screen TV for night time viewing. It is a wonderful room in which to awaken with a spectacular view and great night's rest, and for reading while lingering in bed. French doors off of the spacious bedroom open to a covered deck with double chaise for romantic evenings watching the sunset over the Caribbean and sharing a glass of wine.

The bathroom is well appointed, with travertine shower and soft towels.

The kitchen has GE appliances including dishwasher, aqua corian counters, and is fully appointed. Tap water is completely purified and bottled water is not necessary.
Have breakfast enjoying the view of both garden and the sea or enjoy the stunning sunsets from every view.

As night falls you will see a moonlight sea with the lights of St. Thomas twinkling in the distance.Watch cruise ships as they leave for their next port of call. The night sky is full of stars for star gazing. During the full moon the reflection over the water of Pillsbury Sound is unmatched.

Sea Swan is well located to dining, beautiful beaches and shopping. Cruz Bay is twelve minutes and the North Shore beaches about 15-20 minutes drive. The East End beaches are about 30 minutes drive.

A full laundry, for guests use only, is adjacent to the apartment. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, floats, and beach tents are provided for a memorable island vacation.

- "We rented a jeep on St Thomas and were met at the car barge exit by Winnie. She communicated with us throughout the reservation process and answered any questions we had. We followed her to the house and she showed us everything as well as where to park. She was wonderful! We loved everything about the house. It was super clean, had a comfortable bed, and just about anything in the kitchen we could ever want. There were 2 airconditiong units, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen/living area. We did have to use them every day as there were no breezes while we were there There was also a starter gift basket in the fridge with milk, bread, butter, eggs, muffins, cheese, crackers, chocolates, wine, soda, popcorn, cream cheese, oj, and lemonade all new and packaged. The water is purified and drinkable so that was very convenient also. There is also solar back up in case of power loss. The laundry room is steps from the entrance and there were chairs, coolers and other items for the beach. We only used the chairs, but the other item were available to use. The view is outstanding, the best we have ever had and the outdoor living space is large. The road and parking lot is paved but the roadis steep in some areas so I would recommend a Jeep or AWD vehicle rather than a car. The location on Gift Hill is convenient to beaches and town and easy to drive up to Centerline daily."

LEEWARD ST JOHN is a luxury modern villa beautifully situated on the South shore of St. John. Overlooking the tranquil Rendezvous Bay, the house is only an 8 minute drive from Cruz Bay town centre making this the perfect location for your stay in St. John.

Leeward is positioned to capture some of the best views on the island, with all rooms and the deck enjoying fantastic vistas of the south shore of St. John, the Caribbean Sea and St. Croix 40 miles away.

An arched entranceway with an impressive 9 ft solid mahogany door leads you to the spacious kitchen and indoor dining area, with vaulted ceilings and full height windows allowing you to drink in the breathtaking Rendezvous Bay below. With Thermador appliances, breakfast bar and Subzero wine fridge, the kitchen is fully equipped for even the most discerning chef's needs.

The views continue from the vaulted Great Room, which with comfortable seating and 60 inch TV provides the perfect space for relaxing indoors. From here, French doors open onto the expansive coral stone deck. Within the outdoor Pavilion is a shaded seating area as well as a bar and grill, whilst the deck has space for plenty of sun loungers. The south facing aspect ensures you can enjoy the Caribbean sun long into the late afternoon.

The best vistas are perhaps enjoyed from within the inviting 47 ft infinity edge pool, which steps from 4ft to 6 ft in depth, and appears to join the ocean below.

Leeward's four bedrooms are furnished with king sized beds and 42 inch TVs. All are ensuite, which are beautifully tiled and fitted with rain shower heads. The two upper floor bedrooms have covered balconies which create the perfect spot for your morning coffee or a moment of solitude looking out over the bay. There is a twin daybed with twin trundle in one of the downstairs bedrooms as well as the king sized bed.

There is a crib/playpen with bedding, a high chair.
Rollaway beds can be rented if needed.

The house has A/C throughout with numerous ceiling fans ensuring comfortable temperatures.

We are environmentally conscious at Leeward, and a large array of solar panels are fitted out of sight beneath the house. Rain water and grey water is captured and used to water the luscious garden, in which we take pride. Power outages do occasionally occur in the USVI, so the house is equipped with state of the art solar driven battery back up power.

In summary, Leeward is a beautiful family house with well crafted details and upscale furnishings to ensure your vacation is a memorable one. We and numerous returning guests have enjoyed Leeward for many years, and with the recent remodelling we are extremely confident that it will continue to provide premium accommodation for those visiting St. John.

It was an easy trip to town and to the north shore beaches. We cooked in every evening and had every kitchen tool needed to prepare our meals. We started and ended every day on the back patio, gazing in awe at the beauty before us. It was our second trip to St. John and this was definitely our favorite location!"

A spectacular setting! One of the best around to enjoy outstanding views and the gentle island breezes and some of the best stargazing on the island!

Drive up to a no stair entrance and master first floor living. The main level living room boasts 30 Ft. high gorgeous vaulted Cypress ceiling. The open concept living area has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining table for 6, books to read, games for the family, and strong internet for the remote workers in your group. All TVs are streaming only (Netflix, Youtube, etc). There is not good cable on the island so we dont have cable.

The main floor has the master bedroom which has a king bed, a smart TV, private door to the porch and hot tub, and private door to the main floor full bath. This is the bedroom that accommodates a no stairs vacation. This bathroom also is accessible from the living room, has two vanities and a shower that has no ceiling so you can privately shower under the stars.

Upstairs has two loft style bedrooms. One is larger and has a king bed that can be separated to make two twin beds. The other has a queen bed and an ocean view.

Going down the spiral stairs from the main level to the lower level. Here there is a second bathroom with a full shower, the laundry area, and various beach equipment for you to use.

The house was built on an angle with the island breeze in mind so feel free to open the house up and enjoy the breeze. You will be happily surprised. Should you prefer AC, there are AC units in the living room, master bedroom, and upstairs lofts.

The 40' x 12' porch has a 6 person whirlpool spa Hot Tub for relaxing after a wonderful day out, a dining table perfect for enjoying meals while listening to the surf, rocking and lounge chairs. Listing incorrectly says pool, it is referring to the Hot Tub. There is not a pool, there is a Hot Tub.

To get here you will fly into St Thomas Cyril E. King Airport (STT), from there you take a taxi or shuttle bus located just out the baggage claim doors. They only take cash. It is a 10 minute ride to the Crown Bay People Ferry operated by Inter Island Boat Service. The ferry is a beautiful 45 minute ride over to St John Cruz Bay. Alternatively you could take a 45 minute taxi/shuttle ride to Red Hook Ferry or Red Hook Car Barge. It is a 10-15 minute ferry/barge ride to St John. Please google for ferry times and rates.

Our wonderful property managers will meet you on St John and help you navigate to the house. Once your booking is confirmed on VRBO, the managers will contact you to go over all your needs and questions. We supply amenities like shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels, etc. A full list will be sent once you book or upon request.

There are taxis on the island but please make sure to ask for their schedule as it changes from day to day. You can rent a Jeep on St John or St Thomas. Jeep or SUVs are recommended over sedans due to the roads. We recommend you reserve your Jeep well in advance of your trip. If you are renting a Jeep on St Thomas to bring to St John, you will need cash for the port authority and for the barge ride. SUV rentals are usually best to secure right away as there can be vehicle shortages, check their cancellation policies.

For best prices, it is our recommendation to buy flights 6 months out or more.

The property is not shared with other parties. We do not accept toddlers. We do our best to keep everything perfect. Should something not be, we do our best to correct it asap. There are no discounts if non-working items happen. Our refund policy is attached to this page via a link. There are no discounts for acts of God. - "Perfect location, perfect size for family of 4. Just close enough to Cruz Bay to be close enough to the action and far enough to feel disconnected. Can be a little difficult to find homes in St John due to narrow/sharp corners and crazy big hills- was a really nice touch having property manager meet us at the rental car company to guide to the house. All of the basic amenities were available which was very convenient. Will definitely return!"

Water Cliff is a quiet retreat perched atop a dramatic cliff just above the crystal clear turquoise sea. Listen to the sound of the waves crashing below. The islands to count are many: Besides St. Thomas, you can see Great St. James, Little St. James, Dog Island and French Cap. On a clear day you can see St. Croix and sometimes even Vieques! Water Cliff is ideal for groups and families, as it offers a fabulous great room and pool deck for socializing, but also separate private bedrooms perfect for a little down time. The house is organized in two wings on either side of the pool. On the west side, the great room sits above a studio apartment, and on the east side there are three en suite bedrooms. The layout intentionally provides for lots of space between the living areas, making it easy for everyone to do their own thing when they wish. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom and outdoor shower and every bedroom has an incredible sea view!

The property is set up well to host multiple families or, as was our case, a family with adult children that want their own space, while making it easy and enjoyable to gather for coffee in the morning, a communal dinner cooked in the kitchen, or a late night game of Marco Polo in the pool. Views/sunsets are incredible with several decks for viewing, and the location was as close to town conveniences as we've ever been on St. John. 5 stars!!"

Harts Delight is a very large, open and spacious villa featuring two air conditioned bedrooms, two full baths, high vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, a spacious Great Room and a large screened in porch area with views you will never want to take your eyes off! The villa was built on the hillside to capture the trade winds coming from the sea. To offer the utmost privacy, each bedroom is located on opposite sides of the villa. Spending your days lounging at the pool and eating dinner at the table on the screened in porch or the deck are great ways to spend the day when not enjoying the other parts of the island! The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed for a couple or left as two twin beds to accommodate children.

There is a one bedroom vacation rental on the lower floor of this Villa. Both rentals share a common driveway and parking area with separate entrances and complete privacy from each other. The pool is not shared or used in any way by the lower rental and has complete privacy. The whole house can also be rented as a 3 bed/3 bath villa.
