- "This quaint and out of the way hotel was very clean and quiet. While the decor was a bit austere and dated, the cleanliness and privacy was awesome. Well kept inside and out. The beach was nice and I had it to myself. Water is calm on that side of PR so I tried out my first snorkel. Beds were comfortable. They put a stereo outside and turned on music in the morning: I was dreading loud music but instead it was meditative music at the right volume. The free and great (customized) breakfast was an unexpected bonus. "

For your comfort and peace of mind, the home is equipped with backup inverter generators in case of a power outage as well as backup water supply.

For your safety, always supervise the gas stove/oven when in use and ensure the extractor is on for ventilation. Use the ignition button before turning on the gas. Contact me if you need help turning on the gas stove/oven.

Children must be monitored at all times especially near the pool and in the kitchen.

- "We chose this home although a good 50 minutes away from our wedding venue in San Juan as the dual villa was a great caveat to keep the wedding party separate when needed. Not to mention , the 4 bathrooms was perfect for accommodating our guest for wedding preparation. Our host was amazing !! Jorge was willing to allow my decoration packages arrive early with personal pickup . The property was new to VRBO with no reviews so when I appeared skeptical , Jorge personally visited the dwelling making me a personal video which provided all the reassurance. The property was recently update with modern fixtures. Three of the bedrooms open poolside from both villas which became a perfect meeting place for the groomsmen and bridesmaids. Everything we need was on site . Oh and I cannot forget the Coquito left in each villa upon arrival . Let me tell you i am still looking for this drink to this very day . It was the best cream liqueur I ever tasted my entire life. have already attempted to rebook this place as this is now our second home. We love it here!!!!"

- "This home truly exceeded our expectations. Via large glass moving wall, the main living area and kitchen are wide open to a comfortable patio with the most amazing view. This feature really made the home feel very roomy and open despite being there with a large family.The private pool was just icing on the cake. The view of the ocean, the sound of the waves crashing on the beach and the tropical landscape surrounding the property made this an unforgettable vacation. I could have spent every moment here if not for all the great things to do nearby. The home is very well equipped, even for all seven of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. A stop at the grocery store and we were set for the trip. That is except for those meals we enjoyed at several of the local restaurants. Linens, bathroom necessities, beach chairs and toys. It’s all provided. There were even board games, and a video library that we never actually found time to enjoy. To many other things to do. I had read several comments in reviews about there only being A/C in the bedrooms. I can tell you from our experience, this was not an issue at all. The units cool the room’s extremely well, and the combination of several ceiling fans, the open window wall and the ocean breeze; made the common area very comfortable. The gated access was easy to use and the community property well maintained. I really have only good things to say about this property. Way too many to list. "

- "The house was as described, clean, beautiful views, and steps from the beach. There are games, DVDs, floats for the pool, beach umbrellas/chairs, and coolers, which was great. My husband and I stayed 10 days and throughout that time our friends were able to stagger their visits. The last week there were 8 adults and 2 children, we had plenty of space for sleeping and handing out. We had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth and her spouse, who are so nice and friendly. I loved that Elizabeth’s parents lived next door, they were extremely nice and helpful!! You will need a car to get to the local grocery store (Ralphs) or nearby restaurants. This is a great place to stay when you want to feel like you are at a retreat where you get to enjoy the views of both the ocean and the forest. I would recommend this home and I will stay there again. Thank you again Elizabeth!!"

Comfortably fit our family of 8, we had teens to grandparents and the house had something for everyone. We were impressed with Jose’s prompt communication, how well stocked the house was (my son loved the fishing poles provided) and the beach was our favorite even after making trips to Fajardo and Luquillo. We only had one day where seaweed made it not swimmable but it was gone by the next day. The kitchen has everything you need, we fit in a jungle tour, a deep sea fishing trip, a catamaran trip with snorkeling and old San Juan visit - all 30min to an hour away. We had a fantastic time and hope to return next year!"
