Welcome to our newly remodeled, luxury beachfront, penthouse villa! Our two floor villa is located right across the street and only a few steps from the famous Seven Seas Beach in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. It is only an hour drive from San Juan's Luis Munoz Marin airport (SJU). The building is very safe with a secured, gated access for cars and pedestrians and we’ve not had a safety issue with our guests. We have free parking for two cars inside our gated community. Our penthouse villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a fabulous rooftop terrace that will take your breath away! It has beautiful ocean and mountain views and a tropical breeze that will make you want to stay forever. Our large rooftop terrace is private and no one else has access to it except you. Our villa was recently remodeled and professionally decorated to create a luxury ambiance that will help you relax and truly enjoy your stay!

Our 3500 square foot villa has brand-new air-conditioning units in all the rooms, including the living room. The kitchen has been updated with new, white cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Our free high-speed internet has been upgraded to 300Mb per second and is working great. The villa has a 65” smart TV in the living room, a new TV in each room, a new dishwasher, refrigerator, and in-unit washer and dryer. It is tastefully furnished with a king sized bed in the primary suite and a queen sized bed in the two guest bedrooms. We have an air mattress available in case you need it in addition to a sofa bed. There is a full bathroom in the primary suite and a full bathroom for the two guest bedrooms to share. There is also a full bathroom available on the rooftop terrace. The main living area has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a dining table for six and a beautifully decorated living area. It also has a nice size balcony with gorgeous views. A pack and play pen, highchair and air bed is available upon request. We also have beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and beach toys. Our condo pool was recently remodeled and nicely kept with a children’s pool attached and playground on site. Our cleaning crew always leaves our villa spotless and pristine and we have the best property manager as you can read in our reviews.

As much as we know you will love the primary level, we are sure you won’t want to leave the private terrace level which is only accessed from inside our villa. A teak wood patio set under the shade and four lounge chairs under the sun will give you plenty of options to enjoy the terrace. A round dining table for 6 gives you an option to have an unforgettable al fresco dinner under the stars or a wonderful sunset cocktail hour. An outdoor shower, BBQ and wet bar completes the offer. Best of all, we have the most beautiful view of the Seven Seas Beach and Las Cabezas Nature Reserve. Enjoy the breathtaking ocean and mountain views and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Relax with a glass of wine or champagne while you gaze at the stars and have breakfast mimosas as you admire the magnificent view. About the area:
Seven Seas Beach is one of Puerto Rico’s most beautiful beaches and was designated as a Blue Flag beach which means it has met their strict standards for water quality. It has an offshore reef that breaks the waves and makes it easy to swim and snorkel so it is perfect for families with children. In addition to Seven Seas, there are other beautiful beaches literally steps away. If you’d like a more secluded beach, you can take a short hike among mangrove trees from Seven Seas to Playa Escondida (Hidden Beach), Playa Colora or Playa del Gobernador. Famous Luquillo Beach is only 15 minutes away by car and world-renowned beaches like Flamenco Beach on the island of Culebra are a very short boat ride, catamaran ride or island hopper flight away. Las Cabezas de Fajardo Nature Reserve, with it’s awesome bioluminescent bay is just minutes away. Here you can kayak under the stars and touch the waters that sometimes glow with bioluminescent organisms (please verify with tour operators that the waters are glowing now). The kayaking tour is a lot of fun but does require that you be in good physical condition because you must paddle against the current. If you want to see the bio-organisms without paddling you can go on an electric boat ride.
If you want more excitement, visit the nearby islands of Culebra, Icacos and Vieques which provide even more opportunities for fantastic snorkeling and swimming in crystal clear waters. A personal favorite is Culebra because of the gorgeous beaches and great snorkeling.

Another must see adventure is the El Yunque National Rainforest which is only 20 minutes away by car. Take a hike, enjoy the lush vegetation, green scenery, go ziplining and bathe under a waterfall for an unforgettable tropical experience. El Yunque is one of the most biologically diverse of the national forests hosting hundreds of plant and animal species.

If you want a fun adventure with your kids, you can take surfing lessons in Luquillo or try the El Yunque zipline.

If golf is your pleasure you have several options to choose from. Among them El Conquistador, a Waldorf Astoria resort, which is less than 5 minutes away; Coco Beach Golf Club, the host of the Puerto Rico Open; the Robert Trent Jones Jr designed Bahia Beach Resort and Golf Club or Rio Mar Resort both in Rio Grande.

In terms of food offerings, there are many local seafood restaurants within walking distance like La Estacion or Calizo. Make sure you try the mofongo. A little further into Fajardo is an area favorite, Pasion por el Fogon, with delicious seafood and many local cuisine options. For wonderful Caribbean lobster try La Parrilla in Luquillo where you will find the kiosks that sell coconut water and all sorts of fried savory goodies. We will be very happy to provide you with our recommendations of our favorite places. We can also recommend a chef to come to our villa and cook local seafood, cuisine or even vegan dishes for you. If you prefer to cook in our well-equipped kitchen, there is a grocery store within a 10 minute drive.

Regarding the required deposit, it is held by VRBO/Homeaway and is returned to you one week after your departure if there is no damage done to our Villa.

The only slight issue we had was that the wifi didn't always work in the back bedroom. This was not a huge deal, but again we were traveling with teens. The pool is small, but Monday -Thursday we often had the whole pool to ourselves. It is pretty at night with the lights. We had everything we needed. I like the location, as it is close to many things we wanted to do. It is not your typical resort location. The beach is right across the street. I was a little worried about this, as we are used to staying beachfront, but it really was no big deal. We walked down the street/beach and rented kayaks and paddle boards. We walked the trail to Playa Escondida and Colora Beach. We were told not to swim there (signs say not to as well), but it was so beautiful to see. My son loved seeing the iguanas. We took a boat ride to Culebra Island and did some snorkeling and visited the most beautiful Flamenco Beach. We spent a day touring Old San Juan (La Fortaleza Street with the umbrellas and Felipe del Morro Fort). We also visited Luquillo Beach. We enjoyed many restaurants! (La Estacion, the food trucks up the street, Pasion por el Fogon, Lolita's, Luquillo Kioskos, Frutta Chic Ice Cream). La Estacion was my personal favorite. The beach across the street was not busy at all Monday-Thursday. The weekend did pick up, but it was fun to see how the people of Puerto Rica do the beach. We also enjoyed the church service on the beach on Sunday! I am so glad we tried something new. We made many family memories with this vacation! Thanks for sharing your place with us."

There are handicapped parkings on the premises and a ramp to access the main entrance of the villa. The entrance to the villa is step free all the way to the master bedroom. The en-suite shower of the master bedroom is also handicapped accessible without steps to get in.

Everything is brand new as it was recently remodeled with a modern relaxed decor. You will find every room has accents of blue, that is why is called Casita Azul (Blue Casita in English)...and of course, the view of the blue sky and the ocean.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each. The master bedroom has a King size bed, an en-suite bathroom suitable for a handicapped person, a smart TV with hot spot for Wi-Fi and a working area with desk and chair. It has direct access to the balcony and front ocean views.

The Junior Suite has a King size bed and a comfortable sofa to relax or read after a day at the beach or pool. It has an en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom has 2 Queen size beds, spacious for a family of 4. It also has its en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, and all cooking utensils.

The dining table has space for 8 sittings and 2 beautiful decorative lamps.

The living space boasts an ample sectional sofa to relax after a day at beach or pool, smart TV with hot spot to watch movies or your favorite tv show.

NOTE:

Only the first 2 guests are included on the daily rate. There is a $50 cost per night, per person. When booking, you must register every person that will be staying in the unit during your stay even children. Infants under the age of 2 are free.

The property is located on the same grounds of El Conquistador Resort but Las Casitas guests won't be able to use the hotel facilities, restaurants, ferry, water park or infinity pool. Las Casitas under short term rental platforms and the hotel run separately.

The golf course and tennis courts are available for all guests.

There are 2 hot spots for TV streaming and Wifi, one for the TV on the family room and one for the TV on the master bedroom. There is no company providing Wifi and the signal through the hot spots might be inconsistent at times.

Guests at Las Casitas II have access to all 3 amazing pools located throughout Las Casitas Complex. A car is a must to get around and visit local sites and restaurants. There is free parking on premises. Only 2 cars permitted. No visitors permitted.

*The front door locks automatically when shut. Keep keys with you all the time.
*Please turn off all air conditioners when away for long periods of time, also when you check out. Utilities in PR are very expensive.
*Please throw away garbage from kitchen and bathrooms when you check out. The garbage cans are right outside, on the entrance of the villa.
*Don't leave food in the refrigerator.

- "Boris was great, the property was good, and the location was wonderful (so close to such much beautiful nature). The only reason I considered rating it four stars is because the property isn't truly done yet. Some minor things like a light fixture wasn't up, some tools in the drawers, a little pealing paint, etc. It was great for us. There was a strong theme, and there's clearly a lot of work put into it. It's not a 5-star place yet, but it will be soon, so I'm rating it a 5. Also, just fyi, there are a lot of noisy animals in Fajardo, and it seems like most places around there don't have glass windows, including the zebra house. Just be aware that roosters and cats might make noise early in the morning, and prepare accordingly :). ( Though we loved the frog and bird sounds overnight)"

Parking: there is parking available for 2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 vehicles on the street. Garage parking is not available.



We also have regular groundskeeping staff that is on site daily to upkeep the Villa exterior and grounds. They may be on site daily anytime between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. There are also external surveillance cameras for the yard and driveway for your safety & security. There are no cameras anywhere else on the premises. The pool is not heated.



No parties or events are allowed. Quiet Hours must be honored for the enjoyment of all neighboring Villas. No outside DJ's, Bands or Music are allowed. No confetti, silly string or any materials that may be difficult to remove or cause issues for our cleaning staff. Additional cleaning fee may be required.

There are three floors the main floor is on top and the other floors had a wet bar with mini fridges, which comes in handy for a large group. The host JB was attentive and we enjoyed chatting with him. He’s a good guide for the area. The house is in a nice location and It’s very peaceful area. The view is spectacular nothing beats that. We are five minutes from Seven Seas Beach, El Conquistador Waldorf Astoria Resort with a Golf course, the Coqui Water Park, and the world’s largest Bio-Bay in Las Croabas. It is fifteen minutes from the former US Navy Base Roosevelt Roads, where you can take a ferry to the islands of Vieques and Culebra. In Culebra, you can visit the Forbes top-rated beach in the world, Flamenco Beach. We are 15 minutes from the beautiful Luquillo beach. A twenty minutes drive brings you to El Yunque national tropical forest. The only tropical forest protected by the US National Forest Service. It’s a great place to stay while on vacation!!!

A very nice and less busy Playa Fortuna located a little further west past Luquillo Beach is a great spot. Even shorter drive to Fajardo's beautiful Seven Seas Beach and Las Croabas where the bioluminescent bay kayak tours take place. Arrive as a tourist and live like a local. Short drive to shopping centers, super market (Econo) and Walmart."

A beautiful hill house with 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, fully equipped large kitchen, dining and living room with air conditioners, 2 TV, 1 car garage and a large L shaped terrace. Sleeps 6. King size bed in the master room, queen size bed in the second room and queen size bed sofa in the living room.. Comfortable rooms with distance view to Seven Seas and the light house. House fully renovated.
