The location and accessibility is the best of the entire complex. It's the closest property to the main entrance and the infinity pool. The entrance is direct to the property, you don't need to go up or down stairs. The entire property is handicapped accessible. There are handicapped parkings on the premises and a ramp to access the main entrance of the villa. The entrance to the villa is step free all the way to the master bedroom. The en-suite shower of the master bedroom is also handicapped accessible without steps to get in.

Everything is brand new as it was recently remodeled with a modern relaxed decor. You will find every room has accents of blue, that is why is called Casita Azul (Blue Casita in English)...and of course, the view of the blue sky and the ocean.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each. The master bedroom has a King size bed, an en-suite bathroom suitable for a handicapped person, a smart TV with hot spot for Wi-Fi and a working area with desk and chair. It has direct access to the balcony and front ocean views.

The Junior Suite has a King size bed and a comfortable sofa to relax or read after a day at the beach or pool. It has an en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom has 2 Queen size beds, spacious for a family of 4. It also has its en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, and all cooking utensils.

The dining table has space for 8 sittings and 2 beautiful decorative lamps.

The living space boasts an ample sectional sofa to relax after a day at beach or pool, smart TV with hot spot to watch movies or your favorite tv show.

The balcony offers amazing views to the Caribbean Sea, a bar style table with seating for 6 people and a tear drop hanging chair to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while contemplating the sunset and feeling the ocean breeze.

NOTE:

Only the first 2 guests are included on the daily rate. There is a $50 cost per night, per person. When booking, you must register every person that will be staying in the unit during your stay even children. Infants under the age of 2 are free.

The property is located on the same grounds of El Conquistador Resort but Las Casitas guests won't be able to use the hotel facilities, restaurants, ferry, water park or infinity pool. Las Casitas under short term rental platforms and the hotel run separately.

The golf course and tennis courts are available for all guests.

There are 2 hot spots for TV streaming and Wifi, one for the TV on the family room and one for the TV on the master bedroom. There is no company providing Wifi and the signal through the hot spots might be inconsistent at times.

Guests at Las Casitas II have access to all 3 amazing pools located throughout Las Casitas Complex. A car is a must to get around and visit local sites and restaurants. There is free parking on premises. Only 2 cars permitted. No visitors permitted.

The main level has a King Owner's Suite with an en suite bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen area.



Take the stairs down to the next level, which offers one large bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom and two larger bedrooms with King Beds with a shared full bathroom. There is also a separate relaxation area on the 2nd floor and a kitchenette. One floor further down offers 3 additional bedroom suites; 2 with Queen size beds and a shared bathroom and 1 with a King size bed and en suite bathroom. There is another living area on this level also. Please be sure to use the hand railings when using the stairs!!



Additional housekeeping service is based on availability of our outside vendor resource - there is an additional charge for the service. Please be sure to inquire in advance, if interested. It would need to be confirmed prior to your stay.



Transportation: We think it is best to rent a vehicle during your stay - that will provide you with the most flexibility and opportunity to take in all that Puerto Rico has to offer! However, if you prefer to hire a transportation service - please let us know , there are some better suited for day trips vs dinners out - larger groups vs smaller groups;we have several we will share in our Guidebook you receive once you have made your reservation! Parking: there is parking available for 2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 vehicles on the street. Garage parking is not available.



We also have regular groundskeeping staff that is on site daily to upkeep the Villa exterior and grounds. They may be on site daily anytime between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. There are also external surveillance cameras for the yard and driveway for your safety & security. There are no cameras anywhere else on the premises. The pool is not heated.



No parties or events are allowed. Quiet Hours must be honored for the enjoyment of all neighboring Villas. No outside DJ's, Bands or Music are allowed. No confetti, silly string or any materials that may be difficult to remove or cause issues for our cleaning staff. Additional cleaning fee may be required.

Seven Seas Beach, Bio Bay and a total of four marinas that are in this town are less than 10 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping plaza's are less than a 5 minute drive in any direction. Fajardo is 40 minutes to San Juan airport and metro area, 20 minutes to El Yunque rain forest and less than 15 minutes to Luquillo beaches and kiosks. Making it an ideal location to see much of our enchanted island.
The home offers great space and a nice open floor plan. You walk into a well designed living room and game area equipped with smart TV, WIFI, dedicated work space and comfortable living room. The oversized kitchen and dining area with island, stovetop, double oven, dishwasher and plenty of counter space for entertaining your group. - "Excellent communication from the hosts. Address was difficult to enter into my app but got there just fine. Gated apartments. Beautiful place with a large private rooftop terrace with views of ocean and El Yunque. Unfortunately for us, and completely no fault of the hosts, hurricanes Ernesto came through half way into our weeklong stay and left us without power, which also meant no AC or water. The hosts (who are amazing) got the generator going for us which kept the lights, ceiling fans, fridge and microwave working. The terrace had lovely ocean breezes to help keep us cool. The hosts also brought us jugs of water and offered any way they could to help, including offering for us to shower at their home. Power went out about 2:30am early Wednesday morning and was still out when we left. Again, no fault of the hosts, but they did the very best they could considering. Location is great with some very good food within walking distance. Just a walk across the road to be at loads of beachfront. Place had all the amenities including a nice little pool. Everything you need in the kitchen. There was even sunscreen, bug spray, and after-sun available. More towels would be been nice beyond one for each of us, but wouldn’t have been an issue if power hadn’t been out as there is a full washer and dryer. Definitely would recommend this place to stay! And we would stay here again in the future!"

- "I can't say enough about Garry's place. Our flight was delayed twice due to weather in Florida, so we arrived a bit after 11 pm, and he still was able to meet us at the property with keys in hand. Do to our late arrival we were worried that there wouldn't be anything open late, but that subsided when we opened the fridge to some treats, sodas, and cold bottled water. His place is close to many beautiful and awesome places (El Yunque Rainforest, Seven Seas Beach, Kioskos de Luquillo, etc.). We also loved that he had AC in all rooms because it does get hot in PR. Last but not least, knowing that we were visiting due to my uncle's passing, he left us with a beautiful card to give his condolences to the family. All in all, Garry is an excellent host, and his property is spacious and welcoming (we loved the living room and kitchen). You won't regret booking with him."

Includes microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fridge. Its a gated house with parking behind the studio. 10 minutes to Culebra, Vieques ferry and Icacos. 20 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest. 15 minutes to La Pared surfing beach. Lots of restaurants/bars near by.

Julia and Angel can be in the area during daytime making sure everything is perfeckly clean. The backyard patio faces Fajardo Hospital and it’s close to many food places wich you can have access through a security gate.
#3 is next to the parking lot and laundry.#4 and #5 are in the back next to the patio .#1 is at the entrance and has its own parking.
