Large 1 bedroom apartment with a queen size bed that sleeps 2 people. We have a couch in the living room that is suitable for a kid or a young adult. AJ's generosity was well beyond anything that we had experienced, he truly strives to make the vacation special for his guests. Sarah and Merida were beyond helpful with our every need. One day, someone in our group mentioned that it would be nice to have a few more pool inflatables & magically four new pool air mattresses appeared the next day! When we were having trouble finding the fish market, Merida took her time to drive/lead us right to it. We looked forward to seeing Merida and Joanna every morning. The house is everything in the photos and more. The layout was well thought out, spacious, and provides so many special areas for guests to enjoy - from the grand outdoor area and private balconies with spectacular views of the ocean, to the lower indoor/outdoor kitchen, two hot tubs, infinity pool, area behind the water fall into the pool, lower recreation area, grilling area/second outdoor kitchen and grand indoor theater... the list goes on. It is an experience that our group will remember fondly for years to come. The shower in the pool house did not work, when we reported it, attempts were immediately made to fix it. It didn't matter much, since our guests staying in the pool house preferred the outdoor shower and there is also a nice full bath close to the pool house, that is accessible only from the outside for their privacy. Casa Herdz is truly a special place that we look forward to visiting again!"

Inside the unit you will find a fully equipped kitchen with new full sized refrigerator with filtered water and ice. There is also a large inside family room with comfortable seating with cable TV and wifi. Right outside the side door you will find a gas cooking grill with seating for your grilling pleasure. - There is a water rationing in place for the NW of Puerto Rico. il Sognatore has 1200 gallon cistern when city water is turned off. There is plenty of hot water and water pressure even on the off days, but we ask guest to be mindful of their water usage during the off times.

Early Check-ins:
Early morning flight arriving at BQN airport at 1 AM to 3 AM are welcome to check in at anytime but remember to book the night before your arrival to secure your sleep hours and prevent other guests from booking the early morning hours. If you don't check in is at 2pm.

iL Sognatore is located in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on a dead end street. It is encircled by concrete fencing and tall trees, which provides shade, privacy, safety and quiet. It is a calm neighborhood where the only drivers are those that live around.

Getting around:
Situated about 10 minutes from the Best Beaches in Aguadilla and Isabela, the Punta Borinquen Golf Course, Punta Borinquen's surf reserve and the Aguadilla Airport (BQN). You can walk to the Coffee Spot from the property and there is also a gas station and the Hewlett Packard nearby. It is very close to restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets but a car is needed since there is no public transportation. The neighborhood has a track for walking or running, if you want to exercise.

House is available and OK! The house is a nice, modern, air conditioned, and comfortable place to stay while vacationing in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The best part of this location are the abundance of beautiful sandy and pristine water beaches. Plenty of them to choose within walking distance from the house. Fishing, boating, swimming, snorkeling and or scuba diving are there for you to enjoy and under a very comfortable and safe environment. That is what this house location offers and that is rather unique... And at the end of the day, great sunsets to enjoy from the Roof Terrace and relax... and those are for free!

I didn't get to try the fruit in the backyard, but I loved seeing geckos running around lol:) I was sad to see the damage hurricane Maria left 😢; the kid (kelvin) who drove us around told me some sad stories!! It broke my heart.. if you don't rent a car, I would suggest Kelvin!! He's a good kid & likes to show you around or go the extra mile for you.. The blender blew up on me, & Francisco ordered another one immediately; that was sweet.. They are pretty well stocked with spices, paper plates, towels, etc.. SO that was nice, too!! I would highly recommend this home for anyone going to Aguadilla.. the view is stunning!! It very clean spacious and a modern take on the typical small houses in PR. I love the little neighborhood feel and it made me feel safe as it was gated. The walk down to crashboat beach is short and full of cute dogs and iguanas. We saw sea turtles, stingrays, barracudas, and a lion fish. All in a great place to stay. 10 outta 10 would recommend."

Welcome to the Good Vibes Inn, a private room in a hidden oasis. At first glance, you see a modest house at the end of a street safely surrounded by friends and family (minutes away from 5 of the island's most famous beaches). You are greeted by the loving guard dog, Nina, “La Salchicha Del Pais (A tiny hotdog with a big heart).” Your room gives you a modern adapted vibe of the traditional Boricua culture.

The home gives you the experience of what it is like to live in Puerto Rico, but the magic is behind the house my abuelo’s old farm that we are reworking. Ask for a free tour where I will walk you through the back and show you how to identify ten different tropical fruit trees. You can pick fresh fruit for your morning breakfast or take it on the go as your afternoon snack. (For an additional charge we offer a Boricua breakfast, or fresh smoothie depending on the season).

We are always working our land, so you may catch us midtask. Also, it is a farm and our employees, consisting of ducks, geese, and chickens, may have taken a potty break anywhere they seemed fit. You have been warned.


If you’re looking for a workout we have a spare yoga mat as well as a heavy bag in the marquecina(car port) with extra gloves and weights so just ask! We have an incredible family bakery up the street with the best local sweets in town. We are only an 10 minute drive to the iconic crash boat as well and we are friendly and know the island pretty well for any of your vacation needs I should have a suggestion or know how to get there!

Ideal for cat and animal lovers! Reduced rates for people interested in feeding two adorable outdoor cats during their stay. Beautiful view, Short drive to beaches, the town of Isabela, and restaurants along Route 110 in Aguadilla.

We are connected to the power grid and have back up battery and solar panels in case the power goes out. There is a gas heater for the shower and we have potable tap water from the town of Aguadilla which is suitable for showering, washing dishes and drinking.

The space
The interior has an open studio floor plan with a front balcony and side porch. It features windows on all walls to allow for plenty of airflow and sunlight. For cooking, there is a two burner propane stove which is located on the side balcony, and a charcoal grill. There is a kitchenette inside with a hot plate, sink, counter space, and mini-fridge. We have beach towels, and coolers that you are welcome to use during your stay. The space is often times very breezy since it is situated on top of a hill. It gets a little chilly at night during the winter months, but there is a fan and newly installed A/C for those nights that are a bit warmer.

We suggest that you arrive during the day so you can easily find our home.

We have a full size air mattress with extra sheets if needed.

Guests have access to all areas of the space both indoor and outdoor. There are some trails on the land that guests can explore. There is also a grill for bbqing, and a fire pit. You can use any left over charcoal, and dry wood that you find on the property. Please make sure you put out any fire before leaving or going to bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glassware, utensils, pots and pans. We also provide coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Guests are welcome to use the cooler under the mini-fridge, and beach towels.

Casita is our tiny home that we put a lot of love and hard work into building, and only rent it when we leave town for work. We hope you enjoy our little house on the hill as much as we do. Casita PuertAzul offers a taste of rural living close to beaches and other attractions. Our space is ideal for travelers, surfers, nature seekers, romantic getaways. This is a perfect space to disconnect and be in touch with nature. Jobos Beach is the closest beach (12 min drive). Isabela's Villa Pesquera (fishing village) is also 12 minutes away. The room has 2 bathrooms in the hallway that are shared with 4 more rooms. I wanted to make that clear to you, although it's also in the description, a lot of people don't read it and then they question it!
The shared bathroom is a bathroom in the hallway shared by 2 or more rooms with a latch on the door to maintain privacy.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property surroundings clean, especially the bathrooms, and avoiding leaving belongings in the common areas. Although we do daily cleaning, we do not have staff on the property during the night or early morning to resolve cleaning problems caused by other guests.

Parking is outside. "street parking". On the street next to the sidewalk. You will always find in front of the house or in the surroundings. The area is safe and well lit. We recommend not leaving anything of value and always locking the doors for greater confidence.

Apt with TOTALLY PRIVATE interior located on a main road (111) 4 minutes from Carr #2. It has the BASICS to enjoy your stay in the west, next to 3 towns Aguadilla, Aguada and Moca. 23 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the coast. There is no power plant and NO money is refunded for interruption of light or water service.

The space
The accommodation has a system that will work while there is electricity. It has the basics: when you go downstairs you will find the kitchen and dining room together, it has a ceiling fan, stove, microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, cooking utensils, pots, mincer, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, sugar, cups, hand soap, paper towels and sponges. In the bathroom, a cleaning brush, detergents, broom, bucket and mop, ceiling fan, extractor, hand and floor towel, hand and shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. The room has a dresser, nightstand, desk with lamp, small space to hang clothes, towels, board games, air conditioning, FULL size bed and TV.

Puerto Rico at the island level has water and electricity problems. In our area, it is not common but it can happen and in many cases, they do not warn you. In the property, YES, THERE IS A CISTERN while there is electricity. IT DOES NOT HAVE A GENERATOR. The next door business provides us with electricity only while they are in service and they cannot turn on the air conditioners.
