My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Tranquility is one of it's best qualities. The whole house has Air Conditioning.

The house is beachfront and located on the quiet, sunny, and swimable Turtle Beach in the safe and charming residential area of Mar Azul, in Hatillo, Puerto Rico. The large oceanfront patio was created as a second 'living room ' along the beach.

The house is a 3 bedroom/1 bath, which comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are 2 queen beds, and 1 full. Bath towels, beach towels and bed linens are included. - "My son jumped out of our rental as we drove up the gated driveway and he was so excited. It was a beautiful, clear blue sky day and the house looked amazing against the contrast of the 180 degree of ocean views. The patio are is an area we lived in. We ate there, launched there, and it was the go to spot once coffee was brewed. There's something about waking up to the ocean breeze with a nice cup of Joe. The pool and bbq area is another nice corner to spend time in. And the basement studio/apartment allows for multiple family and/or couples to spend time together while having some private time as well. It is also very safe. The house has a gate you can close before your head to bed in the evening, every door has deadbolt locks, and the house has an alarm system and cameras in key outside areas. The folks in the area are very nice and there are several Puerto Rican style bakeries, delis, and restaurants in the beach area just 5 mins down the road which serve breakfasts, pastries, and coffee and great dinner options in the beach front restaurant. I strongly recommend the juice/smoothie/acai shop near Ohana's restaurant. Btw, Ohana's was out go to dinner sport three times during our weeklong stay. You will not regret your stay at this beautiful home."

Sixteen entrances have been explored with 11 kilometers (7 miles) of passages. is A special attraction is The Cueva Clara with a passage of 695 feet (210m) in length. At the park there are picnic areas, walking trails, food facilities, an exhibition hall and a souvenir shop. This a very interesting way to spend an entire day. - "Villa Casa Maria EXCEEDED my expectations in many ways. From the initial booking to the day we left the house, the entire experience was flawless. Tony, the owner of the property is a delight. This is not just a property that he rents out, this house is a home he cares deeply about and it shows. As soon as I submitted a booking request, Tony called me and we talked at length about the property and the area. It definitely put my mind at ease as this was my first time renting a vacation property. As the date approached, Tony called to provide further details and Tono’s contact information. Tono, the caretaker met us on arrival day and gave us the tour of the house. He was very pleasant and eager to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Casa Maria is a large three story home with plenty of room to accommodate my large group of 11 people very comfortably. The 1st floor has a family, full kitchen, small dining area, full bath, 2 bedrooms and laundry room. The 2nd floor is where we spent the majority of the time. WE LOVED THIS SPACE. It is very open and filled with lots of natural light coming from the many large windows. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen with a larger dining area & an island with stools for additional sitting. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials. The 2nd floor has a family area, full bath & three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed; the other two bedrooms have a twin bed w/trundle. The 2nd floor leads to a large balcony where we enjoyed coffee in the morning & good conversation in the evening. On the 3rd floor, there is a small room with two daybeds. This room is not air conditioned but has lots of windows to allow a nice breeze to flow in. The 3rd floor leads to two balconies where you can enjoy a partial beach view. The beach is within walking distance if you don’t mind the very steep hill. Very close to the house is a wonderful bakery. Not far is “El Fogon de Abuela” where we had our father’s day dinner, outdoor seating facing the ocean. Casa Maria is a wonderful home with lots of great amenities. The house is very clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet & I felt extremely safe. The beach is clean & beautiful. There’s a lot to see and do within a short drive. I will absolutely rent this property again and will highly recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Tony, thank you for letting my family enjoy your home."

- "This apartment was as stylish and contemporary as the photos depicted. It reminded me of the industrial, minimalistic design in hotels in South Beach, Miami - large uncovered windows for utmost viewing pleasure. Located directly in front of a gazebo on the beach, you could hear the waves crashing on the shore from within, and you can even see the ocean from the luxurious refreshing private pool in the back patio. I enjoyed coffee on the wrap-around porch every morning and walks along the beach as well as to the city plaza. During our stay, we encountered a hurricane (Ernesto), which I was nervous about since the island still hasn’t recovered from Hurricane Maria several years ago. The host was the best I’ve ever dealt with. She was very communicative and even had extra provisions for us. She replied to every message I sent and in a timely manner. We lost power a few times (very typical on the island) but the apartment remained cool. I would definitely stay there again."

Your wife/gf will love it. The only negative for me is that I had to use the bathroom (#2) anywhere but the house. They tell you not to flush anything down the toilet and I refused to put used toilet paper in a trash can. I enjoyed Puerto Rico but next time I'll stay in a place with a better plumbing situation.
