The house is very spacious and is fully air-conditioned and equipped; all you need is to bring your clothes. It can accommodate four people comfortably in its two cozy air conditioned bedrooms / two bathrooms. There are other beds in common area that can accommodate three more people at an extra charge. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, TV and free wifi among many more amenities. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a large TV.

For additional guests (at a charge) there is a queen sofa bed for two in the living room in an open concept setting with dining room and kitchen. There is also a full size bed in the family room. The house has washer and dryer, out door shower and gorgeous inground pool. The lake is not intended for swimming. The yard is very large with individual sitting and relaxing areas. The entire yard is fenced in for safety and privacy. However you have open access to the lake for fishing or relaxing.

Beach towels, linens, beach umbrella and chairs, barbecue are available among other amenities.

I allow at least 24 hours in between guests for the entire disinfection and cleaning of the house.

I do live on the property in a separate apartment with our private entrance that does not interfere with your privacy. You will have the entire home, pool and yard for yourself.

The house is in a residential area on a cul-de-sac (dead end street). Parking is restricted to no more than two vehicles. The street is very quiet and neighbors keep to themselves.

Children are allowed with strict supervision of parents.

Levittown is a very vibrant town in the city of Toa Baja. This town has many shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, and much more. Because It is centrally located between the touristic cities of San Juan and Dorado, major attractions and activities are within 15 min or less. Ten minutes to the largest Shopping Mall in the Caribbean: Plaza Las Americas Mall. Even closer is Rio Hondo and Plaza del Sol Shopping malls.

There is night life almost every night especially on weekends. The local food is exquisite, There are many top rated restaurants where you can enjoy a great meal. Please take the time to visit the best bakeries in town, that attract people from all over the island and abroad.

Old San Juan is 30 minutes away and airport is 30-45 minutes depending the hour. Great close by restaurants in Boulevard Ave. Recommended visits; Cano’s Pizza (famous calzones!), Lemy Bakery (delicious bread mmmm) and El Campestre (great mofongo!), among others... Minutes from Río Hondo and Plaza del Sol Mall, supermarkets and pharmacies.

- "The surrounding homes are not the nicest, but nobody bothered us and we felt safe! A nice neighborhood dog came by to say hi a couple times. It is fairly quiet, especially being by a main street. We had a beautiful view from the kitchen sink. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There was shampoo and conditioner, much needed, since I forgot mine. The A/C was nice and cold, and the water was nice and hot! Lemy’s bakery was close by and our favorite morning hang out! The pollo empanadas were amazing!! The espresso was nice and strong too! There was a nice backyard set up. The dryer did not dry too well, but hanging our clothes out in the sun worked just fine. We kept venturing out to the San Juan area, where more activities are. I enjoyed staying away from the busy area though. We felt like locals staying in the neighborhood. Brenda always responded immediately and was helpful throughout our trip."

The Neighborhood:
Best thing about Levittown is that is an Urbanization Area in Toa Baja County, that can be considerate as its own county since it posses all the qualities. Best spots: Lemy Bakery (softer bread ever!), Kampestre Rest. for local dishes, Cano's Pizza. Also, The Boulevard Avenue has the best spots for weekend hang outs, no need to get out of the zone! Just walk and explore every little "chinchorrito" while grabbing a beer!

Getting Around:
There is easy car access and parking in Levittown, so is up to you if you want to do your walk or commute in car. There's the Trolly that goes around the area, small public cars or the AMA for public transportation, but takes you a lot time for commuting ( I recommend Uber in any case). From the house you have the #165 (To San Juan or to Dorado) or #167 (To Bayamon), both take you out of Levittown.

It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay if you want to enjoy the beach and restaurants nearby. It is as far as 15-20 mins from the airport and 7 mins from the Bacardi Distillery.

Sunset Studio was created with the idea of a bright and cozy place to wake up to a beautiful morning and have a good breakfast outside in the deck or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset and enjoy listening to the ocean's wave music. In a quiet neighborhood with quick access to cover all your needs, this studio is our second home to recharge our energy and goods vibes.

Guest will access throughout the white gate and walk upstairs to their studio.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood, where we are close friends with neighbors for a long period of 20 years and counting. You have nearby grocery stores, supermarkets, Rio Hondo Mall, restaurants (various type of food), bakery, fast food, gas stations, banks, police station, firefighter station, Laundromat, Hospital, Bars, gyms, Punta Salinas Beach, Barcardi Destillary, 15 mins to Casino and much more.

Getting Around:
I highly recommend renting a car or use Uber for transportation. There are many places to walk around, but public transportation is very limited and usually hardly on time.

Other Things to Note:
Access is with a door code given upon the day of check-in. The first-floor private garage is not for use of any guest. Only for owners. Noise should be kept on the 2nd floor, as the first floor is another apartment, which guests can be disturbed by outside noise.
