My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Tranquility is one of it's best qualities. The whole house has Air Conditioning.

Sixteen entrances have been explored with 11 kilometers (7 miles) of passages. is A special attraction is The Cueva Clara with a passage of 695 feet (210m) in length. At the park there are picnic areas, walking trails, food facilities, an exhibition hall and a souvenir shop. This a very interesting way to spend an entire day. This is not just a property that he rents out, this house is a home he cares deeply about and it shows. As soon as I submitted a booking request, Tony called me and we talked at length about the property and the area. It definitely put my mind at ease as this was my first time renting a vacation property. As the date approached, Tony called to provide further details and Tono’s contact information. Tono, the caretaker met us on arrival day and gave us the tour of the house. He was very pleasant and eager to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Casa Maria is a large three story home with plenty of room to accommodate my large group of 11 people very comfortably. The 1st floor has a family, full kitchen, small dining area, full bath, 2 bedrooms and laundry room. The 2nd floor is where we spent the majority of the time. WE LOVED THIS SPACE. It is very open and filled with lots of natural light coming from the many large windows. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen with a larger dining area & an island with stools for additional sitting. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials. The 2nd floor has a family area, full bath & three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed; the other two bedrooms have a twin bed w/trundle. The 2nd floor leads to a large balcony where we enjoyed coffee in the morning & good conversation in the evening. On the 3rd floor, there is a small room with two daybeds. This room is not air conditioned but has lots of windows to allow a nice breeze to flow in. The 3rd floor leads to two balconies where you can enjoy a partial beach view. The beach is within walking distance if you don’t mind the very steep hill. Very close to the house is a wonderful bakery. Not far is “El Fogon de Abuela” where we had our father’s day dinner, outdoor seating facing the ocean. Casa Maria is a wonderful home with lots of great amenities. The house is very clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet & I felt extremely safe. The beach is clean & beautiful. There’s a lot to see and do within a short drive. I will absolutely rent this property again and will highly recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Tony, thank you for letting my family enjoy your home."

- "This apartment was as stylish and contemporary as the photos depicted. It reminded me of the industrial, minimalistic design in hotels in South Beach, Miami - large uncovered windows for utmost viewing pleasure. Located directly in front of a gazebo on the beach, you could hear the waves crashing on the shore from within, and you can even see the ocean from the luxurious refreshing private pool in the back patio. I enjoyed coffee on the wrap-around porch every morning and walks along the beach as well as to the city plaza. During our stay, we encountered a hurricane (Ernesto), which I was nervous about since the island still hasn’t recovered from Hurricane Maria several years ago. The host was the best I’ve ever dealt with. She was very communicative and even had extra provisions for us. She replied to every message I sent and in a timely manner. We lost power a few times (very typical on the island) but the apartment remained cool. I would definitely stay there again."

We have a security camera system with smart doorbell on the outside perimeters of the house. This is to provide security for the property and the guests. Data is never viewed unless an incident were to happen. Cameras are in very visible areas and cover all around the property including the pool. There are NO cameras inside the property.

The home is lovely and you can tell the owners are continuing to update it. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were quick to respond when there was an issue. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed being away from crowded tourist areas. Camuy was a great area. The neighbors dog Hennesse was a favorite of my husband and the kids they wanted to feed him every day. I will say the water can get turned off occasionally which happens to everyone in PR not the owners fault but knowing when it's off can help you conserve. It would be great to have the option of a solar cover for the pool so it could be a few degrees warmer in the winter months, the kids still enjoyed it but their parents prefered the ocean it was warmer. 😅 A wonderful place to stay with everything you could need. I have recommend this home to a few friends already and we hope to return."
