The 5 bedrooms, fully furnished with king size beds were perfect for us! 3 out of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom, two of which also have a deck. The other two bedrooms, that share a hallway bathroom, have sliding doors that overlook the beautiful, castle-like terrace and pool. There are also two additional bathrooms downstairs in the covered patio and exercise room. Kitchen was well stocked and even had a Keurig, Ninja blender, toaster, and mini oven/air fryer! We cooked a lot of our meals at home. This house is really amazing with all it has to offer! From big TVs, ping pong table, pool table, arcade room, tennis/basketball court, kids playground, generously sized pool and hot tub! The list is never ending! It also had a separate “outdoor” kitchen downstairs, outdoor bar by the pool, outdoor bbq and a separate area to roast a whole pig should you choose to. The space
Brand New home at Cayey, PR.
-Located in the mountains of Cayey very close to the city (7-10 mins driving) and Cayey’s best restaurants.

Enjoy the peace and privacy of cayey’s rural area while also having cayey’s urban areas very close to you! Only 7 mins from highway and city! You need a car to move around, uber is NOT accessible in the area. The house is about 40 minutes from San Juan, the Int. Airport and Old San Juan and about 1.5 hours from El Yunque.

House is a small 2 story building with an AMAZING view from every part of the house. It has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

In the second floor we have 2 bedrooms , master room has a king sized bed and a whole bathroom , second room has a full sized bed. In the first floor we have equipped Kitchen with stove, fridge, air fryer, microwave and coffee maker. We also have in the first floor the dining room, family and 1/2 bathroom . We have tv in each room and in the dining room as well as a/c in both rooms, kitchen and living room. We also have Bose sound system, pool , garden, outdoor patio furniture, fire pit, outdoor table, private parking and wifi.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance cameras are installed in the entrance of the property, the parking and pool area .

POOL MAINTENANCE: The pool man may pass by during your stay to clean the pool. If you have any inconvenience with this and don’t wish to have maintenance during your stay please let us know so we can rearrange his visit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second room has a full sized bed and a queen sized air mattress.

LOCATION:
La Casita Negra is perfectly located in the mountains, the rural area of Cayey and 7 minutes away from the highway and city. We have great restaurants nearby, bakery, gas stations, pharmacies,Walmart, mall, theaters and fast foods 7-10 mins driving distance. We are about 45 mins driving from San Juan PR , the airport, el viejo San Juan , San Juan beaches, condado, Isla verde and many other places to visit.
Other things to note
POOL MAINTENANCE may pass by to clean during your stay. If you have any inconvenience with that please notify us so that we can postpone pool maintenance until your checkout.

CHECK IN: strongly suggest your check in time is while there is still daylight since it is easier to find any place you visit for the first time .

The heated pool is so nice!For prospective guests, though, be aware:1. The road up to the cabin is narrow, steep and challenging to navigate. Make sure your arrival is during daylight so your first time up isn't in the dark.2. There's a lot of "wildlife" - a couple cats, a dog, little lizards, birds, plenty of insects, and chickens. My tiny home is a unique place to stay, it is secluded, very secure, brand new and lakefront in the mountains of PR. Everything is close by, like restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, a Walgreens 1 minute away and just a 45 minute drive from the airport and Old San Juan. You will absolutely love to stay here. Its a romantic and adventurous escapade, but also fun and exiting to go with friends and family. THE RENTAL INCLUDES A 2 PPL KAYAK, 4 PPL PEDAL BOAT, BBQ W/ STOVE & NETFLIX TO CHILL.
The space
The tiny home has a Kitchenette, a mezzanine with a queen bed and a queen sofa bed. The outside area is just beautiful and super private. We have a parking spot for our guests. Once you arrive, its a short walk, like 2 minutes from the main house to the tiny home, we have a golf cart to help you or you can use it from the tiny to the parking. This TH is definitely an expirience you won't forget.

You have your own parking space, once you park, you pass through the main house terrace (stairs) and then you walk all the way to the Tiny Home, its a short walk, 280 feets exactly from the parking space.

Tanto el tiny como a sus alrededores se le realiza el mantenimiento y la limpieza requerida, sin embargo, es importante que tengas en cuenta que dado a que estamos ubicados en un área montañosa, es común la presencia de insectos, telarañas, mosquitos, lagartijos u otros tipos de animale, al final este es su habitat! . En caso de que esto pueda afectar su estadía, considere otro tipo de alojamiento.
