You can hear everything. That is not good considering that it is kind of busy street. - "The place is listed as sleeps 6. Yet there were only two bath towels and a floor towel. There was no toilet paper. I had to walk 4 blocks to buy some. There must be someone else on the same remote as the channels kept changing on the TV. The private parking lot is is 1.5 blocks away. Maps was not able find it as the address provided does not match the location of the lot. Probably the lot main office. The place was very clean. There is a food supply kitchen in the building with pans being banged around loudly until around 10pm. I don't know if it was a special weekend or not. But, there was a festival of some sort from Friday through late Saturday night in the six blocks or so from the plaza across the street. The crowded one way streets were a hassle to navigate even with Google maps. The key and parking fob instructions were confusing as they assumed we knew we were accessing lock boxes on the exterior of the building instead of a keypad near the door. Beds are well worn and sagging. Demand hot water heater needed turned on to the max and then ran for about 8 minutes at the shower to get warm. Hot just about the time you finish your shower. "

- "To start this property is not ran by an owner, it is ran by a property management office with office hours. I received a message about parking on our day of check-in and began trying to contact them at 2:30 in the afternoon and was unable to get any response until VRBO customer service got unvolved. After that point, communication was better. The location was great for walking downtown and seeing sights, however if you are not the heaviest sleeper, forget about sleeping. To be clear, our unit was one of two rooms located right off the main street, so imagine the rooms across the hall might be better. The unit is completely open air, something not mentioned in the listing, there is no glass on the doors to help keep noise out. No fans either to try and use white noise to sleep. Vehicles driving the road with music as loud as possible, garbage trucks running at 430 a.m., and at 5 a.m. a guy starting pressure washing the street with a loud gas powered washer. Ear buds with music going couldnt even help. All five of us got around 3 hrs of sleep maybe. We had to leave the room and not stay a second night. If you are use to sleeping with that sort of noise, this place might work for you, but for anyone else, just be aware."

This elegant apartment is fully equipped and furnished, with a queen-size bed (2 people) + queen size sofa bed (2 people), which easily accommodates 4 people per apartment. It also includes sheets, covers, friezes, and pillows.

Check in time is at 3:00 pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon. If early check-in or late check-out is required, it will be an additional cost of $ 25.00 per hour. These requests will be subject to availability.

Your kitchen includes a sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses and cups, cleaning products, pots, and table.

The bathroom is with shower, hot water service, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and shower cap.

Includes among others: Smart TV and RoKu system, WiFi, board and iron, air conditioning, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, cabinet with slats, cleaning items such as broom, dustpan, bucket, mop.

Parking is based on availability in front of the same building.

Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Electric Power Authority and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of Puerto Rico. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities does not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund.

The internet service is one of courtesy enabled according to the availability of the service of the supplier company.

All responsibility in the physical and public integrity of the use of the apartment will be on the account and charge to the guest who reserves.

Pets are not allowed, SMOKING on the premises, parties, or activities in the apartments or in the common areas. Any violation of these rules will result in a penalty of $ 250.00. If you have a service dog, the Liability Release Form must be completed. Additional, you will be asked for a deposit of $ 250 towards your reservation.

Our cancellation policy is strict, which means that there will be no money back after the established amount has been paid.

We provide personalized attention to our customers by text messages or calls through our telephone number, which is shared directly after the reservation is made.

The space
Step into a cozy, air-conditioned apartment with a 40" TV and comfortable sleeping arrangements for family of 3 guests ( 2 people sleeping in a full bed and 1 person in a twin bed ). Group of friends are not accepted. Apartment located on the first floor “No stairs”. Modern , simple and pleasant decoration with convenient entryway with 36" wide door. Kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay. Beautiful bath with delicious lukewarm water. Available laundry for a small charge ($15.00 per day of use ) for stays of less than three days, you have to provide your own detergent. Free parking available for one ( 1 ) vehicle only , and for added security, controlled access ensures you feel safe throughout your visit. Shirtless men and women in bathing suits are not allowed in front and on the sides of the residence. Parties and meetings with alcoholic beverages are not allowed under any circumstances.

Guest access
Enjoy a hassle-free stay with self-check-in using a key box for easy access . Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. The parking is in front of the entrance door. Because it is a controlled access neighborhood , you must identify yourself at the Security Guard every time you enter.

Other things to note
One additional guest will be allowed for a small charged of $25.00 per night sleeping in the futton of the living room.

Late check-out available for $25 per hour, subject to availability.

For longer stays (3 days or more), enjoy complimentary laundry services, while shorter stays ( 1 - 2 days ) can access laundry for a small fee of $15/per day of use.
Days of use are: Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Sundays it is closed. The laundry is shared with other guests, so you must request its use and provide your own washing detergent.

Protect the keys, there will be a $60.00 charge per lost key. This is to cover the costs of replacing the lock mechanism.

There are cameras on the outside areas.

There are dogs in the main residence so you might hear some distant barking.
