- "The Ocean view is amazing. Main room is a little tight. The 2 rooms are in a trailer added to the kitchen and bathroom. There's no living room because the terrace is the Best living room ever! This place highly recomended if you love the Ocean sounds and view and want to relax. . " - "First off the host was very accommodating from our initial booking. We booked one floor and later needed the second floor and he helped make it all work. The property is off a little side dirt road off a main road that takes you into a neighborhood, the property is not part of that neighborhood. It’s situated across from the ocean however the beach area isn’t the cleanest, lots of sea vegetation and unfortunately trash washed up on the beach across from the house. If you walk to the left side of the beach there was cleaner areas that way and we found multiple large conch shells which was neat. The place is close to the Estadio Cheo Cruz which was the location of where my son’s tournament. We stayed a full week and had no real issues.Note the entrance gate to the property did not function so it had to be opened manually and it would come off its track at times but it wasn’t a big deal. Also the bedrooms are the only rooms with AC, so the living area and kitchen areas were pretty warm. The host insisted we turn the AC down as cold as it would go and leave the bedroom door open during the day to try and cool off the other areas. It worked some but it was still pretty warm. We ended up not cooking as it would probably be warm in there. Keep in mind this has been an unseasonably warm summer in Puerto Rico. The only other issue was there are some tiny little ants all over the place so we kept our food items in the fridge or secured. Overall it was great, would recommend! "
