There are two cameras on the exterior of the building: one is above the gate to the Penthouse/Unit #2 and the second one is hanging from Unit 4. The entrance to Unit 3 and the road is in view.

This spacious 3 Bedroom apartment at the historic Landmark building is centrally located in downtown St. Thomas, half a block from Main Street's shops and restaurants. The apartment features a wrap around porch, hardwood floors, split a/cs in every room and a whopping 3,000 square feet of space!

Magen's Bay Beach is a 10 minute drive. Ferries to St. John and Tortola, and sea-plane terminal to St. Croix are also within 5 minutes by car, or a 15 minute walk along the picturesque waterfront.

Charming historic building, complete with serene Buddha fountain in courtyard. Two restaurants on site - Ideal (Roti) Restaurant on the ground level serving lunch and Sammiches Cafe - home-made soups, sandwiches and desserts, open Mon - Fri, serving breakfast and lunch.

You will need a rental vehicle or taxi to get around. The public transportation is not reliable in this area.

- "Most important to me, is the cleanliness. Snow white sheets and towels were exactly what you'd hope for. The kitchen, bath and living area were the same. The communication with the owners was also fantastic. We didn't use the pool, but it looked well-kept to me. Off street parking is also a plus. Anyone who's been to St. Thomas will appreciate this. The only gig I have is the front room A/C was on the fritz, but they were getting that taken care of. The A/C in the bedroom was perfect. A comfortable king-size bed, that's not wore out, was also a big plus. I would definitely rent this condo again. "

There are two cameras on the exterior of the building: one is above the gate to the Penthouse/Unit #2 and the second one is hanging from Unit 4. The entrance to Unit 3 and the road is in view.

HOUSE RULES
1. All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
3. Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6. If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or fix it.
7. Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
8. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
9. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
10. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

- "The room was clean but very small.. the bed was not ok. It was on the floor and it has a big drip in it. The portable wifi box they use for the wifi want out of data the second day.. The window ac unit did not get the room as cool and I was hot most of ever night.. There was no door to separate the restroom for the bedroom.. for the money I paid for it I was very disappointed but it was carnival and very else was booked up."

Follow Signs leading to the Airport on Veteran's Drive (Hwy 30). After passing the Pueblo Shopping Center, move to the Right and take a Right onto Crown Mountain Road (Hwy 33) Travel up the mountain about 3/4 of a mile to the entrance of Scott Free (Hwy 332) take an immediate right into our Parking Lot.

September-November is the peak of the rainy season. Just a friendly heads up: our local mosquitoes have a taste for the cool rain and island vibes too. Feel free to bring your bug spray – it's the only party crasher we don't mind you bringing along! We will also have citronella (mosquito repellant) candles in the hallway that you are welcome to light for your comfort.

Frenchtown is an easy 6-minute drive from Cyril E. King Airport.

The studio is a 5-minute walk from the Edward Wilmoth Blyden Marine Terminal and the Charles F. Blair Seaplane Terminal.

Beautiful Brewers Bay is a short 8-minute drive away and offers a beautiful view of the airport's distinctive runway with planes coming in for landing. Food trucks serve local dishes, and occasionally there is a fruit stand. This sandy beach is ideal for snorkeling and is a natural habitat for sea turtles, so expect to see them coming up for air or swimming beside you!

Lindbergh Bay features water sports rentals, including kayaks, jet skis, windsurfing, and paddle boards. If you've heard of flyboarding, they have that too! This beach is even closer to the studio, only a 6-minute drive away.

All guest access, and all other on-site issues can be addressed by the front desk. When you arrive, you'll see the Bluebeards sign behind the bellhop, and you can walk to the left towards the lobby and front desk. The hotel staff can load your luggage and escort you to the unit.

PLEASE NOTE: The government has a new daily tax of $25 per room. This will be collected by the front desk upon check-in. We have no way of collecting this fee using AirBNB, and this fee will be in addition to the charges from AirBNB.

PARKING: There is free on-site parking, and an elevator that takes you within steps of your unit.

WIFI: Remote working is a breeze with our high-speed WiFi, in room or in shared areas all over the resort (pool, lobby, conference room, etc.).

Whether you’re after peaceful relaxation or an exhilarating adventure, this condo is in a perfect location, 10 minutes (or less!) from dozens of beaches and everything else St. Thomas has to offer: waterfront dining, boutiques, coffee shops, hiking trails, Downtown Charlotte Amalia, Ferry’s and Seaplane’s to other islands, and the Cyril E. LOCATION: Less than a mile to St. John Ferry, St. Croix Ferry, and Seaplane, all seamlessly connected you to other amazing islands directly from downtown Charlotte Amalie.

TRANSPORTATION: Centrally located to unforgettable island experiences, and within walking distance of many shops and fabulous restaurants. Plus, taxis are readily available and there’s plenty of parking if you are renting a vehicle. Abundant parking by the building and a convenient drop-off area near the elevator. Bluebeards offers all the comforts of home while allowing you to immerse yourselves as much or as little as you’d like into the culture of the tropics.

SAFETY FEATURES: 24-hour onsite security, resort-wide surveillance systems, and centrally monitored fire detection throughout condo. Fire extinguishers on premises.

NOISE LEVEL: Bluebeard's Castle is up the hill from Veteran's Drive (on top of Frederiksberg Point), the main road in Charlotte Amalie. You WILL hear sirens, music, and steel drums from the local academy while sitting on the terrace; however, these sounds are markedly subdued in the evenings, and at all times inside the condo, especially in the bedrooms.

ACCESSIBILITY: Bluebeard’s is an historic property built in the 1600s; it is generally walkable but difficult if someone has limitations. With that said, there are accessibility features, such as handrails and handicap elevators at various locations throughout the resort.

HOUSE RULES: standard really with two key limitations: 1) No Smoking: no smoking in-unit, as there are designated smoking areas are on the resort property; and 2) no Parties: although small gatherings are acceptable, parties of 10 or more are prohibited as the noise would disturb other neighbors and guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict cancellation policy at the one-month mark because we are generally full booked.

Check in time for the resort is after 4:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM. At check-in present this confirmation letter, a valid ID and credit card for an incidentals hold only ($250). If you plan on parking a car there, please have the license plate information ready, they will need it to register your car.

PLEASE NOTE: Any unexpected amenity closures during your visit are out of my control and I deeply apologize for the inconvenience if this does occur.

CHILDREN: Although there's a pool and the resort is a fit for children, there are limited amenities (i.e. no playground), this may or may not pose challenges depending on your child's play routine.
