- "My husband and I stayed at Sunflower for about a week, and we had the most perfect time. The studio apartment is exactly as pictured, and the views are just as unbelievable. Joanie was such an amazing host, and was incredibly fast in responding with any questions. Our taxi driver from the airport was having trouble finding Stonehouse, and the taxi driver called Joanie and she talked him through exactly where to go. You couldn't have a more responsive and kind host!! The studio apartment was the perfect size for two people. We were able to cook breakfast and grill out. The patio is definitely the best part- we spent most of our time lounging out there. One thing to note- the mosquitos and ants are very present. I would recommend bringing your own bug spray (we bought some down at the dive shop) because we were eaten up after the first night. There are a lot of ants, so you have to be really intentional about cleaning plates well and keeping all food in the fridgte, not on the counter. The walk to the beach is so easy and fast. You have to walk uphill on the way back, but it just takes 5 minutes. The snorkeling is amazing. The dive shop right at the beach is amazing. and the bar/restauarant right on the beach is amazing. You have all that you need, and then redhook is a quick taxi for more food/bars and the ferry to St. John. I was a little nervous booking a place so far away without knowing much, but it was such a great decision, and we can't wait to come back!"

The ocean side, of the Villa is mostly windows allowing you to take full advantage of the Caribbean view. Conveniently located, on the south side of St Thomas, Sea Ya Round Villa is located up the mountain above Bolongo Bay, in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Our quiet paradise is about halfway between Downtown (Charlotte-Amalie) and East End (Red Hook), which is 15 minutes drive in either direction, and only 10 mins to Havensight / Yacht Haven Grande. We highly recommend renting a vehicle, for your stay, as taxis can be expensive. The property manager, Shawn, lives downstairs, on the second floor, so he's readily available, if needed. Shawn has lived on island, for 15 years, and worked, as a bartender, scuba diver, island concierge, and boat mate, so he's also a wealth of knowledge, about the best destinations, activities, excursions, restaurants and night life, in the USVI & BVI.
