- "My husband and I stayed at Sunflower for about a week, and we had the most perfect time. The studio apartment is exactly as pictured, and the views are just as unbelievable. Joanie was such an amazing host, and was incredibly fast in responding with any questions. Our taxi driver from the airport was having trouble finding Stonehouse, and the taxi driver called Joanie and she talked him through exactly where to go. You couldn't have a more responsive and kind host!! The studio apartment was the perfect size for two people. We were able to cook breakfast and grill out. The patio is definitely the best part- we spent most of our time lounging out there. One thing to note- the mosquitos and ants are very present. I would recommend bringing your own bug spray (we bought some down at the dive shop) because we were eaten up after the first night. There are a lot of ants, so you have to be really intentional about cleaning plates well and keeping all food in the fridgte, not on the counter. The walk to the beach is so easy and fast. You have to walk uphill on the way back, but it just takes 5 minutes. The snorkeling is amazing. The dive shop right at the beach is amazing. and the bar/restauarant right on the beach is amazing. You have all that you need, and then redhook is a quick taxi for more food/bars and the ferry to St. John. I was a little nervous booking a place so far away without knowing much, but it was such a great decision, and we can't wait to come back!"

Conveniently located, on the south side of St Thomas, Sea Ya Round Villa is located up the mountain above Bolongo Bay, in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Our quiet paradise is about halfway between Downtown (Charlotte-Amalie) and East End (Red Hook), which is 15 minutes drive in either direction, and only 10 mins to Havensight / Yacht Haven Grande. We highly recommend renting a vehicle, for your stay, as taxis can be expensive. The property manager, Shawn, lives downstairs, on the second floor, so he's readily available, if needed. Shawn has lived on island, for 15 years, and worked, as a bartender, scuba diver, island concierge, and boat mate, so he's also a wealth of knowledge, about the best destinations, activities, excursions, restaurants and night life, in the USVI & BVI.

Following our palm tree lined flat pathway in one direction will lead you to our newly renovated community pool (including a kiddy pool) which is complete with loungers and a covered seating area. Travel in the opposite direction and you arrive at Water Bay beach. We include beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear for you to enjoy the beach and water. Coki Beach is also just a short five minute walk away!

Located just steps away from Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Restaurant and 5 O’clock Somewhere Bar, there are also another two restaurants within walking distance just down the beach.

This is NOT A CONDO! The Nook is a brand new one bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, living room and dining room oceanfront hideaway. It is perfect as a honeymoon spot or a couples retreat. It can also be combined with the main house to support a large family or party of 8-10 people (see listing #500826). The Nook has 180 degree ocean views. There is a deck in the front and a private deck off the bedroom. It is a fantastic spot and will provide memories to last! At times the main house and the apartment may be rented at the same time.

Welcome to our FANTASTIC oceanfront studio condo at Watergate Villas, Bolongo Bay, St. Thomas. When it comes to your vacation, as they say in real estate, it's location, location, location! As you can see from our pictures, this unit's prime location is literally a coconut's throw away from the water. Take a look at the fabulous view from our patio. You will hear the waves every minute of every day.

You will love the convenience of our fully appointed kitchen if you like to make some of your own meals. All cooking utensils, dishware, glassware and appliances all NEW as of Feb 2022. If you have stayed in vacation condos before you will be IMPRESSED by the level of quality and detail we go to in making the unit feel like home. This unit also has the modern split unit air conditioning as opposed to the noisy wall units in many other properties. You will LOVE the difference!

The island has countless restaurant options just a short drive away, but there are also 3 convenient oceanfront restaurants that are a short walk down the beach. Mim's Seaside Bistro is located on the property and is more of an upscale dining experience open just for dinner. IGGIE'S beach bar is just a 200 yard walk down the beach and every night they are sure to please with various live entertainment. You will also find The Lobster Grill, a little further down at Bolongo Beach Resort. I personally love going there for breakfast always a table oceanside. Also located at the resort are a PADI certified dive shop, water sports rentals, spa services and daily catamaran tours. Bolongo Bay has fantastic snorkeling right here without having to travel anywhere.

The condo in total is roughly 550 square feet and has a great layout with an open floor plan, plus a full bathroom with upgraded shower head and great water pressure. . . The main living area and kitchen open up to the patio and fabulous view of both the mountains and ocean. On a calm day you can actually see fish and sea turtles right from your patio. Sitting on the patio listening to the waves just never gets old. Since the patio faces east, it gets shade by late morning, so it is ideal temperature all afternoon long.

The choices for nightlife on the island are many, but if you prefer staying in to rest for your next day, we have cable TV And a Large Smart TV with WI-FI access to all your favorite streaming movies on Netflix..

Our front door is convenient in proximity to the parking area and the laundry room is just a few steps from our door as well.

Our unit is one of the most nicely appointed studios you will find in all of the Caribbean. We take great pride on having top a quality mattress and premium linens, ensuring a great NIGHT of rest, for the best vacation DAYS. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach toys, coolers, Bluetooth radio and much more. Most everything has been just newly replaced so it is all in great condition.

The condo's location on the island is ideal. You will be less than a 15 minute drive from both of the primary towns on the island. Charlotte Amalie offers up a generous amount of culture with its abundance of historical buildings, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Whatever it is you are looking for, you are sure to find it in Charlotte Amalie.
The lively yachting hub of Red Hook is just a 10 minute drive east. This quaint little town will make you want visit the island again and again. You will find both locals and tourists enjoying everything from a great cocktail to a café latte. Red Hook is also the best place to take the ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands, which are just FABULOUS!

Some notes: During the pandemic and pool build-out, we took a few years break from renting the Studio (2020-2023), and just started back in 2024....better than ever with the brand new pool and other amenities!!!!! For mobility at this accommodation, you will need to be able to walk some stairs with this being multi-level with a down from the parking space to the 1st floor studio - you will have the floor to yourself with lots of sun and shade tables and seating options. Perfect for 1 couple or 1 person. Not considered child friendly and absolutely No smoking or vaping on the entire property (inside and out - no exceptions and strict policy). There can be power or internet outages as is the case in the islands, but we strive to remedy or enable the generator if a prolonged outage. There is a propane gas grill with a burner (if dining), and the oceanview pool is always a refreshing 80-83 degrees with a tanning ledge, in-pool loungers, and true infinity overflow.

You will absolutely LOVE Morningstar Villa as there is not anything like it in our islands - the award winning designed infinity Pool and location are truly AMAZING.

The entire studio is yours during your stay, fully furnished with modern designs and absolutely stunning views. There is a large pool (complimentary use for guests) just minutes from the condo and you are extremely close to Magen's Bay Beach and some of the best restaurants on the island. The condo is located in Mahogany Run, which is a condo association with a mix of long-term residents and short-term rentals.

The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. Additionally, we provide sanitized snorkel equipment, beach towels, beach chairs, and much more!

There is a parking spot included with the studio, which you can use for your entire stay. We recommend renting a car whilst on the island, however, we have included a contact number for a local private taxi. Cathy will meet you at the entrance of the condo association and lead you to the condo personally to eliminate any confusion and possibility of getting lost.

You will meet our house manager, Cathy, at the gate to Mahogany Run. She will then guide you to the studio and assist you with check in and show you around. She will be your main point of contact whilst on the island to make your stay wonderful and smooth. Cathy is available at anytime throughout your stay.

The studio is located in Mahogany Run, which is a condo association with a mix of long-term residents and short-term rentals. There is a large pool that is complimentary for all guests to use. We are located minutes away from Magen's bay and other beautiful places on the island.

We recommend renting a car while you are staying, however, we do provide contacts for taxis as well.

Please keep in mind that hurricanes are common during September and October. Occasionally hurricanes can occur before and after these months as well.

They did however, ask if I needed a pack and play or any other baby items delivered to the room for our stay. How thoughtful, right?! We get to our room and it’s perfect! Then the ceiling started leaking by the bathroom, but was quickly fixed while we were out and about for the day. We’re on vacation so I wasn’t going to let that ruin my time. The location is fantastic! You’re close by great beaches and red hook is just a small drive. It is about 30 minutes to the airport, but the drive is scenic and goes by quickly. The resort itself could have kept us busy and satisfied for our whole stay. They have daily activities, even some for the kids. There are two pools, a grab-and-go coffee shop and of course the Margaritaville restaurant. Just book it! It’s worth it!"
