The Boat Shed is a little hidden gem located behind Blues BBQ in Christiansted. It is surrounded by palm trees and several types of flowers and foliage. We named it the boat shed because this is where we store our boats. It is a small studio apartment with high ceilings. This property is located behind Blues BBQ, which is great if you need a quick bite to eat, and includes live music about 3 nights a week. The music is older low key music and stops around 8:30pm which is when they close. You will also see chickens on the property which will include free eggs for our guests. You will see chickens all over island.

For example we left unused sunscreen that is reef safe. Unfortunately we were there when the sargassum was pretty bad. Obviously just bad luck, not any fault of the owners or property. This was the only downside of this stay. This was an unusual circumstance from what I understand. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here"

The original yellow Danish bricks throughout the exterior have been preserved and allocated with great attention to detail, providing a truly unique experience. The floors are original oldpine, restored thanks to many months of work preserving their impressive longevity.

Upon walking in, you are greeted by high ceilings, updated furniture, and a place to put your things. The bathroom, with its floor-to-ceiling tile, is completely renovated, ensuring a comfortable, clean stay. This unit also includes a split A/C unit in the main room.

All space inside your unit is private. The outside grounds are open to the public from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays. The shared laundry room downstairs is open to guests from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays; additional times may be available upon request.

We are located in the center of Christiansted directly across from government house. All of the top rated bars and restaurants are within a two block walk, explore historic Christiansted, and ride the ferry to Hotel on the Cay to enjoy their beach-also a great spot for a good sunset!

Join us for a yoga class, healthy meal or spa service. The flat is located adjacent to a yoga studio, where classes are held 7 days a week. A few of the classes can be a bit noisy, all classes are finished by 8PM. In addition to the yoga studio, there is also a juice and smoothie bar, day spa, Hair salon, and two jewelry stores located in the same building. There is a new resturant next door that can be a little noisy at closing but the close at 9pm

Wander through 18th century Danish architecture in the heart of downtown Christiansted, as we’re just 0.2 miles from the Christiansted Boardwalk - a 3-minute walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and more. Some of our favorite restaurants are just around the corner, including Too Chez, Savant and Hamilton’s.

The property sits on a corner, leaving plenty of free street parking for our guests that choose to rent a car. For those guest that do not have their own form of transportation, it's just a 3-minute walk down to the taxi stand, at the corner of King St and Church St. OR we always recommend riding with Rolly's Transportation Services OR VI Ubah!

Guests are provided with ample towels and bedding for their stay. To keep cleaning costs low, we encourage guests to wash the items provided if they would like fresh ones throughout their reservation.

There is currently some construction around the property on Queen Street, making the roads somewhat bumpy, and causing confusion with parking.

We conduct monthly pest control treatments to help ensure pests aren't present in our units. These treatments are tentatively scheduled for the first Friday of each month between 4 and 5pm. A representative of ours accompanies the technician, so guests do not have to be present during a scheduled treatment. We send a reminder ahead of each treatment to guests booked.

Being from Colorado, the bedroom fan was borderline cool enough. The air conditioning in the main room works fantastic, but hardly cools the bedroom. We are in winter, but still reaching 80 degree days. Major peeve was no linen for the the secondary couches for a 2-3 rd person. No view, but walking distance to everything C'sted. Courtyard was cool, and the laundry area saved my day. Last thing, i had to get on one knee to punch the door code, and having bad knees made getting in strainfull. They do supply a key, I guess. Board walk was a party scene and quite enjoyable. I would stay at the Bonney again. Thanks."

Tucked away on a quiet little street, this Caribbean vacation rental is the perfect place to escape and unwind. There are many different varieties of palm and flamboyant trees throughout the property, including a beautiful ocean view. Feel free to explore and see the different plants, flowers, trees, and wildlife. The bedroom has a king sized bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress, complete with luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning, closet, and noise machine if needed. The bathroom is a full bath with shower / tub combo. The bath does have two handrails for accessibility if needed. Bath and beach towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, Keurig coffee machine, as well as all dishware and silverware needed. Upon arrival you will receive a basket of some of our fresh local fruits and fresh herbs for tea. The living room area is complete with firestick which can be used for the TV along with free WIFI. The sofa has a pull out couch that will also sleep 2 people. There is a 2nd new air-conditioning unit in the living room space, so you will be able to sleep comfortably at night no matter where you are sleeping in the apartment.

Welcome to Crucian Seclusion 3 located in Orange Grove, Christiansted. At 1260 sq. ft. this spacious three bedroom, two bath apartment sits on the entire top, 2nd. floor of the triplex. The living room is set with a sectional and large Roku TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen provides a refrigerator freezer with ice maker and door dispenser, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and so on. Also, there are 2, four-seater kitchen tables spread between the kitchen and living room area. The master bedroom provides a king bed, Roku TV and ensuite shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a queen bedl and a smart TV. All bedrooms and living area can be air conditioned. The hall bath comes with a tub and shower head as well as a bidet attachment on the toilet. You'll have the security of being in a fenced-in, gated residence with only three units. All water on the property is 100% safe and drinkable. All of it consists of either rainwater or trucked in RO water. All of this is then put through a sediment and UV filter. There is roughly a 380 sq. ft. deck off the back. Here, you'll find a patio table with four chairs along with a few other loungers. Also, provided is the convenience of an on-site washer and dryer. I do have a dog on site. She tends to roam the yard. periodically through the day. Sellie is a young American Bulldog and is super friendly with people. There's a grocery store nearby. The Christiansted Boardwalk is a 5-minute Drive away. There you'll find some nearby nightlife as well as bars, restaurants, shops and art galleries along the water and a few blocks deep in town. Aside from this unit, there is only one other rental on the property. I live onsite to accommodate your needs. Please rent a car in advance of your visit. This is a large island with many things to do and see all over. You'll wish you did if you don't. We do drive on the left, but it's not as bad as you think. Give yourself 20 minutes of driving with traffic. You'll be just fine. All that being said, contact me personally about some vehicles of mine that may be available for your use. Beautiful self-contained apartment, which is well equipped and fully furnished. Located about one mile from downtown Christiansted, where you can see places of interest, restaurants, and even a casino.

From the downtown boardwalk, you can take a short ferry ride to the Protestant Cay (pronounced like “key”) Beach, which has a restaurant and water toys for rent. Looking for some additional beach options? The beautiful Buccaneer/Shaw and Cheney beaches are a quick 15-minute drive. Both beaches have restaurants and water sport equipment.

Guests have access to the studio apparently, semi-private patio, and the front and side yard. Feel free to sample fruit from the trees when in season and ripe.

Other things to note
Make sure to reserve your rental car in advance. The public transportation on island is not like what is available in the states - taxis are available, but have some challenges as well. Getting to and from the apartment requires you have your own private transportation.

Insects, and lizards, and frogs, OH MY!

Be prepared to meet and interact with these typical island residents.

My exterminator sprays the apartment and yard monthly. That being said, it isn’t uncommon to have a critter show up uninvited. Glue traps in the room are a part of the extermination treatment for the stray water bug or centipede.

You are welcome to use the can of spray under the sink if you feel so inclined.

Come to enjoy a relaxing getaway in a tropical island. Condo in Paradise is themed with colorful and retro. Wake up to the sunrise. Grab some Island Bush tea or a coffee of your choice at several nearby surrounding Gas stations, grocery stores or just simply go to Mc Donald's all in walking distance.
