- "Gian is really commutative and clear. Space is great for the price range and just a walk to rhe beach. We are nearby Playa Santa to rent Jet skis or ride banana boat.

There’s a shower to rinse in the side yard to take off the extra sand. (you don't want to clog shower)

We have two sets of snorkel masks, two beach chairs and a beach cooler.

Please no jumping head first into the water from the pier. Its dangeroous and was damaged by the huricane.

Do not step, touch or take the coral.

Rinse with clean water snorkeling gear after every use in the sideyard shower.

We also have a boogie board, two kayaks (child and adult) and a Stand up paddleboard available.

Check in is at 3pm and check out is 11am. That way the cleaning lady can work her magic.

The keys are placed in a lock box outside the gate in front of the apartment that has a combination lock. Once you open the combination lock, keys are inside the lock box. The gate clicker or beeper is inside the apartment to open the gate for the property. The parking for C4 is right next to the electric meters (contador)

Driving Directions:

Simple instructions get on RD #2 (highway#2) to Guanica, Puerto Rico take road 116 to Guanica take road PR 325 (it’s on the left). Go all the way until you see a big building in front of you. This Road ends in a T stop. That is Playa Santa beach in front of you. Take a left at the T and the take the fourth road on the right (calle Coral). Once you pass a road on the right (calle arrecife) you will see the Solimar apts on the right go through the walking gate go to the first apt on the left located on the first floor and use the combination lock to get the keys, open the apt and get the clicker to open the gate. my parking spot is the first on the left by the meters (Please do not park in the cement slots)

- "The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. Location was ideal for walking to beach and restaurants. Loved the area with birds and iguanas and Gian our host was gracious. Regarding the surrounding area, and no reflection on this property, keep in mind roosters are loud (I was unfamiliar with these typical nuances), earplugs would be beneficial. Skip playa santa and go to playa la jungla. It's worth the $2. Maybe a fluke, but on our visit playa santa was littered with broken glass and trash, while 2 min drive later I was in paradise. And unless you're in a 4x4 don't try finding hidden beach!"

The only thing that would have made the stay better is full place settings to accommodate the number of people able to stay at the property.
