- "I was running late in booking my stay in the small, quant city of San German. After quickly viewing, searching and comparing - I decided to ultimately to stay here… and I was very pleased with the choice that I made! The property owner was very welcoming, making me feel like I am home - but away from home. The place has everything and other items like supermarkets, farmacias etc are within minutes away. So, in case you have doubts still, I would choose this place over and over again."

Feel the peace and serenity in casita almendro. Its name is because a 19 year old almond tree is planted just next to the studio. Also other trees such as banana trees are planted in the garden. This studio is perfect for a couples getaway in the west side of the island. It has
free parking with space for a boat or jet ski, heated private pool, bbq area, private entrance plus more. Its location is perfect to visit many of the attractions the west has to offer!

The space
Serenity best describes Casita Almendro. It is a studio with a king bed, kitchenette, bathroom and all amennities for couples to have a great stay! Entrances are private and the space is not shared. We offer a heated pool, bbq area, a balcony with hammock to relax, parking plus an unbeatable location! Only 5 minutes from the historic town of San Germán and the famous Porta Coeli Church, 22 minutes from La Parguera, famous for its Bioluminiscent Bay and crystal clear water Cays, 27 minutes from famous Boqueron Beach, 15 minutes from Mayaguez Mall plus more!

- Guest must check out by 11:00am.
- Late check out requests are subject to availability. Guests must contact the property owner.
We remind you that at departure time you must:
-Make sure the BBQ, fire pit and stove are completely turned off if used.
-Please don't forget the trash! Green trash cans are located outside the property next to the parking area.
-Don't forget to remove everything you have placed in the refrigerator.
-Be sure to close the outer door by pressing the padlock symbol.
-Turn off the a/c and tv.


Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be given once the customer has checked in, regardless of the reason. Any customer who has booked through a travel agency should contact their agency directly for any claims.

Smoking
Any type of activity incurred by the guest that produces smoke in the hotel rooms or public areas is prohibited by law and subject to fines. Smoking is prohibited inside the room.

Visitors
For safety and security reasons visitors are not allowed on the property.

Swimming pool
- The pool is private and the use is only allowed for the registered guests. Swimming is at your own risk.We do not have lifeguards.
- At any time, the property owner may enter the property for pool maintenance. You will be notified.
- Things that are not allowed inside the pool due to safety and maintenance reasons: Eating inside, glass, horseplay or pushing and shoving, children in the pool without adult supervision. -Disorderly persons in the pool should be asked to leave the pool.

Room Service
- This establishment does not provide room service.
- The owners reserve the right to enter the room for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, cleaning, maintenance, verifying that the room, its furnishings and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our apartment policies. In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon the police to assist in eviction. The right to privacy ends when a facility policy is violated. Law enforcement will have immediate access to the property and apartment in the event of an eviction.
- The use of real candles is not permitted. If such artifacts are found, your stay may be cancelled without refund.

Pets
Service animals ADA compliant are welcomed. Pets are prohibited. The owner must be notified at the time of booking. If we identify a pet in your room or areas that has not been registered, we may require removal of the pet or termination of the guest's stay.

Noise and Parties
- The use of personal loudspeakers is allowed. Please be considerate of your neighbors, keep a moderate volume and tone of voice both day and night. This way, we can all enjoy a pleasant stay.
- Parties are not allowed in and around the room to ensure that we can protect the healthy coexistence between neighbors. In case of disturbance, we will kindly ask you to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the facilities without refund.

Security
-Security cameras have been installed to ensure the safety of tenants, monitor the activities of tenants and employees. They have been placed in public areas such as the pool area, apartment entrance and in the parking area. No cameras have been placed inside the apartment. These cameras have the ability to focus, wide field of view, and record 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Casita Almendro assumes responsibility for the conservation and control of access and disposition of the recorded material. The material from these cameras will only be provided if required by a judicial court.

Service and Emergencies
Owners or representatives will be available by message until 9pm. After that time there will be no non-emergency service of any kind. If you need anything such as extra towels, sheets, etc., you must request it before 9pm. The following are considered emergencies: fire, air conditioning not working, smoke detectors going off, power failure, flooding. For medical emergencies you must call 911. A television that does not work is not considered an emerency. You must report it the next day of your s-tay to notify the technician.

Free WIFI Access
WIFI access is free of charge for all guests who have registered in our apartment. A code is provided to use it. Signals are subject to change without notice by the supplier as well as the condition and operation of the WIFI equipment. We assume no responsibility for the use of this free service and its wireless signal or the quality and unavailability of this service. This will not be grounds for any kind of compensation.

Free Parking
Parking is free of charge. You can use 2 of the designated parking lots. We are not responsible for lost objects inside the car or -damages caused to your vehicle. If you have had an accident, please call the police.


Lost and Found Policy
- We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left something of value for yourself, please call us immediately and we will try to help you locate your lost item.
- We are not responsible for any items left by a guest. However, any items, with the exception of perishable items, left by our guests and found after check-out by housekeeping will be picked up, checked and stored in a safe place for the owner to pick up for up to 7 days. A reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Perishable items, undergarments and miscellaneous toiletries will be discarded.
- We will be happy to return your lost item(s) to you via the United States Postal Service. The customer must pay any shipping charges. An additional $20 processing fee will be charged. A separate receipt will be sent to you. We are not responsible for any items lost or misdirected during shipment by the U.S. Postal Service.
- Lost and found items are held for 7 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If we are unable to contact the guest during the 7-day waiting period, unclaimed items will be discarded or disposed of as appropriate.

Enforcement of Apartment Policies:
- Guests who refuse to comply with our reasonable rules and policies established by and for the safety of all guests, staff, owners, operation and management of this apartment, will be immediately evicted from the property without refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that violates federal or state laws. We have a zero-tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our apartment, or we may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to comply with reasonable rules and policies established by the Government of Puerto Rico, and the owners for the operation and management of our apartment. We will refuse service or evict a guest: for refusing or failing to pay lodging and other charges; is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicating substance and acting in a disorderly manner such as to disturb the peace of the owners and/or neighbors; fails to properly supervise his or her children at all times; attempts to use the premises for an illegal purpose; brings into the apartment an illegally possessed firearm or any other such thing, including explosive, dangerous or toxic substances, which is illegal to possess and which may be dangerous to others; destroys, damages, defaces or threatens to damage property, employees or guests; exhibits abusive behavior against guests or employees of the apartment (physically or verbally); threatens in any way its owners, employees or other guests; causes or permits the maximum occupancy of your room to be exceeded; or refuses to comply with reasonable rules or policies established by Casita Almendro for the operation and management of the apartment.
