We want our community happy, for this reason if you want to do a late check-in (after 8pm) you will need to leave your luggage in the car until the next morning. If you need a early checkout (before 7am) please leave your luggage on your car the day before.

The neighborhood is not walkable to shops, but as long as you have a car the drive is fine for nearly anywhere you want to go. The communication with the owner is excellent. This 6-unit building was secure with locked entry door, fully occupied and clean, the apartment was very modern and spacious. Once inside, it’s newly renovated, clean and full of many conveniences (WiFi, laundry, Netflix, porch). Host communicated quickly. Comfortable 1-night stay."

As you settle into this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a sofa bed, a BBQ grill, air conditioning, and a desk. Bathroom amenities include towels, toilet paper, and soap. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with a stovetop and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And there is a laundromat nearby so you can pack a bit lighter.

- "This is the first (hopefully only) negative review I have ever made. Overall the apartment was comfortable, clean and modern as described in the listing and shown in the photos, but this was countered by what I deem several serious problems. Our stay started with difficulty handling the security key for the entry doors. The MAJOR PROBLEM was that there was NO HOT WATER at the kitchen and bathroom sinks, and the shower ranged from tepid to mostly cold. We heated water on the stove and in the microwave to help fill the sinks for doing anything. The host said the reason that this issue was not mentioned on the listing was that VRBO's platform does not give an opportunity to provide this type of information. Whether true or not, renting a vacation property without prior knowledge that there would be NO HOT WATER seems totally unreasonable. The stove's electricity was not connected so the electronic ignition did not function, and without any written instructions about how to make it operate, we only got it figured out when the host arrived several hours after we checked in. The lighting for the living, dining and bedroom areas were large semi-flush squares with recessed lights and blinking, changing color LED lights at the ceiling level. The host was unable to find the remote control to turn off these blinking LEDs which created a disco bar atmosphere, not a relaxing environment. Direct lighting was nonexistent over the sink and stove, making it hard to see what I was doing. Battery operated LED under-cabinet lights would be an easy solution. Additional minor problems included a ceiling leak into the bedroom and outside hallway. For the above reasons, I can only give this review one star."

Spacious Pent House located minutes away from the 52 highway. Located 10 minutes away from the Sheraton Hotel in Caguas. Catalinas Mall and Plaza Centro Mall are located 7 minutes driving from the apartment. Great location: 1 hour to Ponce, 45 minutes to Naguabo, 35 minutes to San Juan. Very quiet neighborhood and surrounded by nature. It is a great place to relax in the pool located inside the complex (two pools).
