Come and stay on our farm just 25 minutes west of Orange. Our Farm Kitchen is a renovated shed with a loft bedroom, huge garden and cook's kitchen. Come cook, rest, explore, have a picnic and/or use our space as a base to explore Orange's cellar doors, hiking trails, markets, shops, restaurants, mountain bike trails and more. Our house is 1.5kms away so you'll have peace and quiet, but we're not far away if you need us.
Your hosts are Sophie and Tim Hansen and this is our working farm (we have Angus cattle). We think this is a very special part of the world and look forward to sharing it with you.
The Farm Kitchen is perfect for couples, but there is a fold-out sofa bed upstairs too that can be used on request. We can also organise camping in the large garden if that's of interest (teenagers happy to camp out?).
We are also happy to arrange for picnics, dinner on arrival, sunset drinks up on the hill or farm tours - these experiences will be an extra cost and available on request.

The Space:
Immerse yourself in the history that is our home away from home - formally the original Solicitors building we showcase the still standing vintage safe as a walk-in-robe.
In later years the quintessential timber floors and exposed brick walls housed the local chocolate shop, our gift to you is a sample of these artesian chocolate treats still sold in the region.
Sink into the most blissful sleep upon our pillow topped bed enveloped in French linen. Rest your head on artisan woven textiles and indulge yourself on one or more of our options from our pillow menu.

Getting Around:
Grange & Co's Blissfull stay on Gaskill St is in the heart of Canowindra - right in the main street - walking distance to just about everywhere! Transport will be required for travel outside of the main precint such as the well-known acclaimed local vineyards.
Canowindra is a 30 minute drive north of Cowra and 50min southwest of Orange. From Sydney, the drive through the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains is around four hours. You can also fly to Orange airport and rent a car!

Please note the home is ground level from the street, but access to the garden at the rear involves steps - these are quiet step and not suitable for children without supervision.
