The space
There is ample space in the room to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. This studio has an unconventional layout which offers a luxury `hotel` feel with the advantage of having an effective kitchenette and free access( no reception) . Our studio is a private space next to a friendly family home on a quiet residential street. There is a large garden which you can use at your leisure. Please note that there is a very friendly little dog living in the main house who is the garden`s mistress- Miss Bianca :) I bet you`ll love her!
The studio comes complete with modern separate shower room which is immaculately installed. Space saving kitchenette offering practicality and function without a loss of style.
Kitchenette - fully equipped with microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine, integrated spacious fridge.
Bedroom- high quality bedding and Egyptian cotton towels, hair dryer, iron, TV.
Parking is very secure and free.
My place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
Central London is reachable in less than 30mins.
Breakfast available on request- homemade pastries, pies and sweets :)
Easy access to the airports Stanstead, Luton and Heathrow.

Guest access
You will be the only ones to have access to the studio and parking facilities for the duration of your stay. Shared garden with side access available for all guests.

Other things to note
I do ask for a security deposit as I have valuable items in the property. Please understand that I do not expect any guests to pay for items that are accidentally broken- we are only human and these things happen.

An apartment outbuilding with 24hr access. There is a king sized bed and an en-suite shower/toilet, TV, heater, a small fridge, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee facilities. Towels, bedding and hairdryer provided. Located north east London (zone4). Closest night tube is Walthamstow/Woodford. Stansted is a £45. pre-booked. Underground trains run 24hrs Friday & Saturday (this may vary due to Covid restrictions) Our dog Poppy also shares the garden, she is friendly but may bark at you.

The space
There is a comfy king sized bed. Storage consists of a chest of drawers and a hanging rail. The room is bright with natural lighting.
Clean towels and bedding are provided with toiletries on request. Iron and ironing board provided upon request.

Guest access
The apartment is a self contained unit, with 24hr access. It is located in Zone 4 and is 7 minutes walk to a TFL mainline station directly taking 21 minutes to Liverpool Street station. It is situated in a quiet residential area and is two minutes walk from Epping Forest and a Highams Park lake.
