The space
We are an unusual Bed & Breakfast on the coast of north Donegal in north west Ireland.
We have 3 unique cottages (Red Cottage, Yellow Cottage & Green Cottage) all with ensuite bedrooms & TV & Tea/Coffee.
The Yellow Cottage consists of the themed Lounge with a wood fired stove & the sun room breakfast area where we serve a full menu breakfast which is included in the price.
Please note that the Red & Green cottages are purposely built with only ensuite bedrooms and there is no sitting area or kitchen, so guests use the Lounge in the Yellow cottage (15 metres away) where there is a large flat screen television and comfortable sitting areas in a fishing themed area.
This listing is for a room with a sea view, either in the Red Cottage or Yellow cottage.
It has one double bed and one single bed so may be used for a couple & child or 2 adults.
Guests are welcome to bring some beer or wine & enjoy it responsibly in the guest lounge.

During your stay
We are an unusual Bed & Breakfast on the coast of north Donegal in north west Ireland. We have 2 cottages with ensuite bedrooms/TV/Tea/coffee while the breakfast dining room is in the main house, which has 2 bedrooms available for guests also. The cottages are 20 metres away from our house. Also in our house we have a themed lounge for the use of guests. We serve a full Irish breakfast included in the price.
Please note that the cottages are purposely built ensuite bedrooms and there is no sitting area or kitchen in the cottages - the themed lounge shared exclusively by all our guests is in the main house.
Other things to note
The WiFi is in the Guest Lounge & Sunroom and not available in the bedroom.

Blue Pearl Apartment is located on the stunning Atlantic drive, one of the shortest and most spectacular scenic drives in all of Ireland. Just a few minutes from Downings village, close to all amenities, yet tucked away so you can experience privacy and relaxation undisturbed. Singing Pub is just a few minutes walk and there are magnificent beaches in every direction, infamous Murder hole beach is only a couple of min drive. Stunning nature on your doorstep, come and explore.
The space
Blue Pearl Apartment is modern, spacious & well equipped. It is an inviting and serene space that is ideal for relaxing & unwinding. There are two large double rooms with king size beds, one single room with 2 large single beds. Apartment is for a max of 6 including children.
High chair and carry cot available. Large front garden suitable for kids to play in supervised.
Bedrooms are much larger than they appear in the photos. A spacious bathroom and 1 en-suite. A delightful open plan kitchen/living area with the most amazing view of Mulroy bay. Beautiful bright sunroom with comfortable seating that adds a touch of chill out comfort.
Yoga mats are available on request. There is a Lucy adjustable Laptop Tray available for work.
There is a little shed underneath the apartment that you can use for your bicycle or buggy. The BBQ and BBQ utensils are also stored here.
Please note of course guests are welcome to have a friend visit for a couple of hours but this apartment is not suitable for hosting parties for friends.

Please note: There are a lot of steps and little stone walls around the apartment so small children would need supervision. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access at the moment.

The entire apartment is available as well as an outdoor seating area, BBQ and small shed where you can leave a child's buggy or bicycle.
We do not have wheelchair access at the moment.

Blue Pearl apartment is next door to my home so I can be available in person if you should need me.
