Centrally located accommodation close to City Hall right by the Delft!
The room is furnished and is located directly with the window to Falderndelft, the old inland port of Emden. The Town Hall, the Otto-Huus and the Kunsthalle are not far away. A gas station is nearby. Supermarkets can be reached in ten minutes on foot. The Bunkermuseum can also be visited. The dock for the harbor tour is also very close. The train station can be reached in 10-15 minutes.

Please note that I change shifts and therefore can only host guests either in the morning or in the afternoon. In the KW24, I can only welcome guests until 12:30 pm in the morning, the week after that only from 15:00, etc.

You can expect a small, approx. 35 square meter, originally furnished stone house on our 2,400 square meter idyllic property, 4 km from the Emden city center. The guest house is in the immediate vicinity of the main house. The garden is shared.
The space
The cottage is set amidst a green oasis, in the shade of a sequoia, surrounded by birches, alders and wildly growing wild garlic. Two sun loungers and a hammock invite you to dream under colorful Tibetan prayer flags, to read and relax. Right next to your accommodation is a sandbox with toys for the kids. Via the rear part of the garden, which has a small fire pit, you can directly access the Ems-Jade Canal with its own jetty. Feel free to use our single canoe or double paddle boat. The canal is only suitable for swimmers!
And because we're in the country, the roosters crow early. But there are fresh organic eggs, directly from the neighbor.
Guest access
The lower part of the cozy cottage is divided into the living area (table, three chairs, two armchairs, TV and a cooking facility with fridge) and a small bathroom with shower. A hatch with ladder leads to the upper sleeping area with two double beds, 140 x 200 cm and 200 x 200 cm. Well suited for one to two adults or two adults with one child.
Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. Of course, this is not a problem in front of the door.
