There is private parking with electric charging point and outside seating area.
Gourock is a convenient base for travel to Glasgow, Ayrshire, Argyll and the Western Isles.

The space
This is a unique self contained period building which has been extensively modernised. It is a bright, light space with a mezzanine sleeping area (with double bed) just above the living room.
Please note, the bedroom is accessed by a spiral stair case, and it is not full height. 5ft high.
There is also a single sofa bed in the living room.
It has a full kitchen with a smeg range cooker, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has a full bath and shower over.
The Coach House has it's own private access through a driveway, and space outside for BBQ or seating in summer.
There is a laundry/store room with a washing machine, drying rail, iron and ironing board.
The house has central heating which keeps it cosy in the colder weather.
We are pet friendly.
Guest access
All of the Coach House will be available for the exclusive use of guests.
Other things to note
The bedroom is on a mezzanine level which has a low ceiling height. It is accessible via a spiral staircase.
