Cozy attic and to get to the last ramp you have to lower yourself to then find all the comforts:a bathroom with shower,hairdryer, kitchen use, wifi,a small camping refrigerator, no freezer . On the border between Marche and Umbria, coming from Fano, take the Flaminia State Road towards Rome/Perugia/Arezzo, then follow the road to Gubbio until the San Bartolomeo SM di Burano junction. From here, it is 2 km of dirt road to get to the Casale. We recommend a car with a high suspension.
