The Snuggy is located on Smokey Mountain and built in 2024 to provide guests with a private eco-friendly adult-only luxury cottage getaway. The property features some of the most spectacular views you will find in all of Ingonish! Watch the sunrise from the ocean and set in the mountains.
The comfortable King Sized bed and pillows are Canadian made of organic latex foam with organic cotton bed sheets and down-alternative duvet.There are private walking paths on the property with stunning views!
The space
The water in the Snuggy is provided from a drilled well , 300 feet below the surface and is pure drinkable mountain water
The hot water is provided by a high end German designed electric tankless on demand water heater.
You will discover a few short walking paths on the property starting from the bottom of the road . There are signs identifying the entrances. Enjoy and perhaps take a beverage with you and find our private look-out where you'll find 2 chairs to enjoy the views of the coastline.
Our entrance is secured by a Solar Panel operated gate with a punch in and out Key pad for ultimate privacy
There is a hammock for guest use across from the Snuggy.
Guest access
Our property has gated access for greater privacy and comfort.
Prior to arrival guests will be provided with a 4 - digit code that will last for the duration of their stay .
The code provided will be used for entry and exit of the property. There are key pads on both sides of the gate and the gate will close automatically on its own after 1 minute.
The Snuggy Cabin also has a coded access . Guests will use the same 4 digit code as the Gate Access for entrance to the Cabin. Press the 4 digit PIN and the lock will open.

Please note that this is an allergen free cabin and does not accept any pets or service animals. Our wish is to provide a space as free from allergies as possible to accommodate fellow allergy suffers. The hosts have animal allergies as well. Thank you!
Organic fair trade coffee (regular and decaf), tea (black, green and herbal) and organic cane sugar are provided in the Snuggy for guests to use in the kitchenette. Milk is not provided due to personal preferences. There is a French Press in the Snuggy to brew that perfect cup of coffee, no filters required!
Wash and fold laundry service is available by the host for a fee to guests staying 2 nights or more. Details are in the Welcome Book inside the Snuggy.
