Mini crib, booster chair and a couple extras depending on the age is available for a 1 time fee of $25.00. This one time charge is due to the extra work preparing for a baby, moving items in and out of room and extra cleaning involved. I bought these items for my grandson and decided to share with guests who may want to use them. I take great care in choosing these items and keeping them in excellent condition. We also have a 1 time charge for pets of $25.oo due to the extra cleaning involed due to pet hair and people with allergies.

Guests can access the front door and foyer. The B&B room is at the end of the hallway. The kitchen is open for a lite continental breakfast in the morning. A Barbecue and picnic table are available for guests to use out front. There is no cooking in the kitchen. microwave is open for guests in the kitchen to use.Most of the grounds are open for guests to wander and relax. The fire pit area is open for guests to enjoy. No smoking in our home or on the balcony. Smoking is only permitted outside in front where a place is provided for your cigarette butts.

Guests will always be able to access Al, my mom (Lois) or myself and our cell phone numbers will be given to guests when they arrive. We are a friendly family environment and enjoy having our guests stay in our home. We are also very respectful of everyones privacy.

We are a very easy going, quiet family B&B. We welcome quiet guests who want to kick back, relax and enjoy the many things the Beaver Valley has to offer. Guest access
Guests will access the Eagles nest Suite by entering the side door off the parking lot area at the top of the ramp. the door is secured with a digital lock, a code will be provided after reservation is complete before check-in.

Guests will travel through the kitchen towards the sunroom door on the opposite side of the room and then turn left to go up the spiral staircase to the eagle's nest Suite.

The property is protected by CCTV camera security around the clock for additional safety.

The space
As you gain access through your private electonic lock entrance, you will step into a comfortable and spacious room. This room has a king-sized bed, kitchenette, bistro table, bluetooth Bose speaker, TV, and a full bathroom.
Open the connecting door and you'll enter a small hallway - where your breakfast will be left in the morning - where a second door welcomes you to the second spacious and comfortable bedroom. A queen-sized bed, two comfortable chairs, 32" TV, and a half bathroom allows you separated privacy.
if requested, a simple and tasty continental breakfast is offered each morning.
Benchlands Bed and Breakfast is located on a peaceful and private 3 acre property close to fine dining, exceptional wineries, and nature.

Guest access
You are free to roam the whole property during daylight hours. We kindly request that you not enter the fenced pool area nor the barn.

During your stay

If you wish your privacy, follow the sidewalk along the front of the house to the private street side entrance and enter your accommodation directly. Touch the # key on the keypad on the door, enter your 4 digit code, touch the # key again, and the door will unlock. Note: the deadbolt will re-lock after 60 seconds.

Other things to note
We have a beautiful, very friendly and easily excitable dog named Mabel that has the run of the property. She keeps her keen eye on the birds, squirrels and rabbits. If you would prefer not to meet Mabel upon your arrival, let us know and we will keep her in doors until after you are comfortably settled in.

Fire pit. Walking trails thru our forest follows 1300 ft of private Lake Ontario waterfront . We can complete your stay by adding breakfast in our water view dining space. Yoga class or numerology reading on our yoga/meditation deck overlooking the vista view of our property and Lake Ontario.
