The owners were quick to come greet and help us to checkin and orient us to the property. There is EV charger which I found was not working late at night but the owners were quick to respond to help and reset the breaker so I can get charged for the next day."

Coastal Bed + Breakfast was founded in 2022 and is located along the Georgian Bay Coastal Route in Tobermory, ON. Our home is a tastefully decorated one-level, four-bedroom home. We currently live in the home with our family and use two of the bedrooms as our guest suites. Each suite is fully outfitted with a desk, 43" Smart TV, small fridge, coffee maker, central air and a private 3 pc washroom. Included in your stay is a continental breakfast which is in your room at your time of arrival.

The space
This suite features one queen bed, luxury linens, Canadian-crafted sustainable bathroom amenities and blackout blinds. Each suite is fully outfitted with a desk, 43" Smart TV, small fridge, coffee maker, central air and a private 3 pc washroom. We offer a continental breakfast, complimentary WiFi as well as tea and coffee in each of the guest suites.

Guest access
Each room is located on the main level of the house and has its own private washroom that is not shared with anyone else. Please note that these suites are separate from our personal living space so there is no shared common space inside the house between us and/or our guests. The only shared space would be the outside space on the property.

We do live in the house all year round and are both professionals with a young family so we are in and out of the house throughout the day. Usually at least one of us is home in the evenings so make sure you say hi and let us know if you have any questions about the area or your stay!

Your room is keyless entry and you will be provided with your code the day of your arrival.

You can come and go as you please, but we tend to be quiet at home after 11pm.

During your stay
Coastal Bed + Breakfast is within prime walking distance to the Parks Canada Visitors Centre and Little Tub Harbour where you will find restaurants, shops, boat tours, swimming, snorkeling and diving options on the Georgian Bay. We are also a short drive from multiple hiking trails, the Bruce Peninsula National Park (the Grotto) and Singing Sands Beach. As a bonus, there is a stationary taco truck on site -TACOMORY - that operates from May to October each year. During this time, the property is very vibrant and busy during the day, with little privacy until about 9pm.

As a courtesy, please send us a message telling a bit about yourself when you book or send an inquiry. For example, where you are coming from, interests and what you are looking to do in Tobermory. We will do our best to answer any questions that you may have before your arrival.

This house is not only our family home (my husband, myself and our two children) but the property is also home to our other business - TACOMORY - which is our stationary food truck that operates from May until October each year. During this time, the property is very vibrant and busy during the day, with little privacy until about 8pm.

The rooms do not have a kitchen and there is not a microwave available for guest use. Each suite is equipped with their own BBQ and grill supplies.

A luggage rack, hook racks and a tall cabinet with small garment rack are provided for your belongings in each room.
