Access to the Olive room is very easy, as it is the first room when you enter the foyer of Villa da Graca. We had several single guests that felt safe and cozy in this room as there is a bit of traffic going on in the foyer area.

Guests can access a patio with a place to make fire and even have a braai if they desired. This area, the garden and the pool is shared with the other guests.

The vehicle parking is on the outside of the property, on the grass sidewalk. We are blessed to live in a very tranquil neighbourhood and never had any burglary issues.

New Stone Manor is a gorgeous, luxury and newly renovated rustic old stone house build in 1880. It overlooks the ocean with beautiful harbour views.
The house with its 4 large bedrooms – all with en-suite bathrooms, gives one a feeling of old-world charm.
All bedrooms walk out on decks overlooking the ocean. Newstone has a lovely well-kept garden with barbeque facilities and sparkling swimming pool.

All bedrooms walk out on decks overlooking the ocean. Newstone has a lovely well-kept garden with barbeque facilities and sparkling swimming pool. It is within walking distance from shops, banks, restaurants, as well as clean, white beaches and is situated in the lovely town of Mosselbay, surrounded by culture and history.
