Our dining room is open in the morning for breakfast and coffee/tea.

Other things to note
We do have, as part of our family, a rescue dog named "Cassie". Cassie stays in our private apartment but you might occasionally see her outside...she would love a pat and a hello...she is very gentle and very friendly.
